本澳男子涉性脅迫被捕
2024年9月20日早上8時許，本局關注少年組接獲中區一學校通過“學校安全聯絡網”機制通報，該校一名女學生於乘搭巴士上學的途中，被一名中年男子性侵犯，校方得悉事件隨即通知家長，並一同到本局報警求助。
本局侵犯人身罪案調查科立即展開調查，發現被害女學生於早上7時許獨自從氹仔乘搭巴士返校。在巴士行駛過程中，一名涉案男子坐在被害人左側座位上，其後猥褻被害人。被害人因恐懼而試圖用手撥開男子的手，但涉案男子卻置若罔聞並繼續作案。被害人因害怕而不敢大聲呼救，只能離開座位到巴士的其他位置躲避。最終，被害人在到達學校附近的巴士站下車，回校後即時向老師講述事件。
經過深入調查與取證，本局成功鎖定涉案本澳地男子，在同日上午約11時，本局人員在該涉案男子位於北區的工作地點將其帶回本局作進一步調查。
本局綜合多方證據與調查結果，有強烈跡象顯示涉案男子觸犯性脅迫罪的加重犯罪行為，並將其移送檢察院偵辦。
Local man arrested for sexual coercion
At around 8 am of 20th September 2024, the Youth Concern Group of the Judiciary Police was notified by a school in the Central district via the “Communication Network for School Safety” mechanism that a female student of the school had been sexually assaulted by a middle-aged man on the bus ride to school. Upon learning about the incident, the school immediately notified her parents and proceeded to the Judiciary Police together to report the case.
The Section for Offences against Persons of the Judiciary Police immediately launched an investigation and found that the victimised female student had embarked on a bus in Taipa alone after 7 am to go to school. During the bus ride, the involved man sat on the seat to the left of the victim, and later conducted indecent assault to the victim. Out of fear, the victim attempted to push away the man’s hands with her hands, to which the involved man paid no heed and continued with the perpetration. The scared victim dared not to shout for help but retreated from the seat to dodge in another part of the bus. The victim eventually disembarked the bus at a bus stop near the school and immediately narrated the incident to her teacher upon arrival at school.
After in-depth investigation and evidence collection, the Judiciary Police identified the involved local man successfully and at around 11 am of the same day, took the involved man to the Judiciary Police for further investigation from his workplace in the northern district.
Integrating evidence from multiple parties and investigative findings, there were strong signs indicating that the involved man had offended the aggravated offence of sexual coercion and was thus transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office for handling.
Detido um residente por coacção sexual
No dia 20 de Setembro de 2024, pelas 8h00 da manhã, através do mecanismo “Rede de Comunicação com as Escolas” o Núcleo de Acompanhamento de Menores foi informado, por uma escola da zona central, de que uma aluna daquela escola foi abusada sexualmente por um homem de meia idade no caminho de autocarro para a escola. A escola logo que foi informada do sucedido contactou os pais e foram juntos fazer queixa na polícia.
A Secção de Investigação de Crimes Contra a Pessoa imediatamente iniciou a investigação e apurou que a estudante às 7h00 da manhã apanhou sozinha o autocarro na Taipa, nessa viagem, um homem que estava sentado ao lado esquerdo abusou dela. A vítima assustada, tentou afastar a mão do homem, mas esse continuou na sua actuação. A jovem, por medo, não se atreveu a gritar por ajuda, saiu do seu assento e escondeu-se noutro lugar do autocarro, saiu do autocarro quando chegou perto da escola e contou ao professor da escola imediatamente o sucedido.
Numa investigação minuciosa e recolha de prova, a PJ conseguiu identificar o suspeito, um residente local. Pelas 11h00 daquele dia, o nosso pessoal foi ao local de trabalho do suspeito, na zona do norte, e deteve-o, na PJ a investigação continuou.
Conforme diversas provas e o que foi apurado na investigação, há fortes indícios que o homem cometeu crime qualificado da coacção sexual, assim foi presente ao Ministério Público.
