三名男子分涉販吸毒就逮
本局毒品罪案調查處根據情報，查悉一名本澳男子涉嫌吸食“冰”毒，遂於2024年6月4日下午採取行動，到其工作地點將之帶返本局。
經深入分析後，本局人員進一步查明毒品來源，在同日晚上於中區截獲一名涉案菲律賓籍男子，期間該名男子即場將一小包約重0.52克且擬轉售圖利的“冰”毒丟棄地上。同日深夜，本局人員再於下環區截獲另一名涉案菲律賓籍男子，在其身上搜出兩小包共重約0.9克的“冰”毒，並在其住所內再檢獲六小包共重約1.9克的“冰”毒、電子秤、用作分拆毒品的包裝膠袋、吸毒工具，以及懷疑販毒所得的10,800澳門元現金。行動中，本局人員合共檢獲九小包共重約3.3克的“冰”毒，約值1萬澳門元。
本局根據調查所得，分別以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪、較輕的生產及販賣罪、不法吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪，以及不適當持有器具或設備罪，將三名涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Three men arrested for drug trafficking and consumption respectively
Based on intelligence, the Narcotics Division of the Judiciary Police found out that a Macao man was suspected of taking the drug “ice”, hence took actions on the afternoon of 4th June 2024 and proceeded to his workplace to take him in.
After in-depth analysis, the Judiciary Police personnel further ascertained the origin of the drug, and intercepted a Filipino man involved in the case in the Central district on the night of the same day, during which the man discarded a packet of the drug “ice” weighing approximately 0.52 grams, which he intended to resell it for profits, on the ground at the scene. Late at night on the same day, the Judiciary Police personnel intercepted another Filipino man involved in the case in the Ha Wan district, and found him in possession of two packets of the drug “ice” weighing a total of around 0.9 grams. Another six packets of the drug “ice” with an approximate total weight of 1.9 grams, an electronic scale, plastic bags for packaging drugs, drug paraphernalia and suspected drug proceeds of MOP10,800 in cash were also seized inside his residence. During the operation, the Judiciary Police personnel seized a total of nine packets of the drug “ice” weighing around 3.3 grams in total, worth approximately MOP 10,000.
Based on the investigative results, the Judiciary Police transferred the three involved men to the Public Prosecutions Office respectively for the offences of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, minor production and trafficking, illegal consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, improper possession of utensils or equipment.

Conforme as informações recebidas, a Divisão de Investigação e Combate ao Tráfico de Estupefacientes tomou conhecimento que um residente era suspeito de consumir metanfetamina (“ice”), entrou, assim, em acçãio na tarde de 4 de Junho de 2024, deslocou-se ao seu local de trabalho para o levar às instalações da PJ.
Após análise aprofundada, o pessoal da PJ conseguiu apurar a origem da droga e deteve, na mesma noite, um filipino na zona central que durante as operações deitou no chão um saquinho de “ice”, com peso aproximado de 0,52 gramas e destinado a ser revendido. Naquela madrugada, o pessoal da PJ deteve outro filipino na Zona da Praia do Manduco. Foram encontrados na sua posse dois saquinhos de “ice” num peso total de 0,9 gramas e foram ainda apreendidos seis saquinhos de “ice” com um peso total de 1,9 gramas, uma balança electrónica, saquetas em plásticos de embalagem para dividir a droga e instrumentos para o consumo, bem como 10.800 patacas, dinheiro que se suspeita ser lucro da venda de droga. Ao todo, foram apreendidos nove saquinhos de “ice” com um peso total de 3,3 gramas, num valor aproximado de 10.000 patacas.
Conforme os resultados obtidos na investigação, os três suspeitos foram presentes ao MP respectivamente por tráfico ilícito de estupefacientes e de substâncias psicotrópicas, produção e tráfico de menor gravidade, consumo ilícito de estupefacientes e de substâncias psicotrópicas, e detenção indevida de utensílio ou equipamento.
