本澳男子涉相當巨額詐騙及清洗黑錢就逮
2024年2月18日,本局接獲一名本澳女子報案,稱於2023年11月在社交平台看到股票投資廣告,由於有意進行投資,遂加入相關群組以接收炒股資訊。其後,事主被推薦到假冒的投資公司進行投資,按群組內客服指示安裝手機應用程式進行投資,並先後多次存款到指定的11個本澳銀行帳戶及1個外地銀行帳戶作股票投資用途。起初事主投資獲利並成功提現10,000港元,其後多次嘗試提現均不果,故懷疑被騙,報稱損失324萬澳門元。
本局資訊罪案調查處展開深入調查,經分析有關資料後鎖定一名本澳男子涉案,並查悉其銀行帳戶除收取本案事主82,000港元騙款外,亦曾收取本局另一宗同類型案件中三名事主的19萬港元款項。此外,有關帳戶曾收取合共140萬港元的不明來歷款項,事後即時被涉案本澳男子全數提現或轉移。
本局人員於2024年4月16日傳召涉案本澳男子進行調查,其供稱應一名之前在娛樂場認識的男子要求以名下銀行帳戶收取款項,並協助提現及購物,期間未有收取任何報酬。
本局根據調查所得,以詐騙(相當巨額)罪及清洗黑錢罪將涉案本澳男子移送檢察院偵辦,並繼續追查其餘在逃涉案人。
Local man arrested for fraud of considerably huge amount and money laundering
On 18th February 2024, the Judiciary Police received a complaint from a local woman claiming that in November 2023, she had come across an advertisement about stock investment on a social networking platform. The interested victim therefore joined the relevant group so as to receive information about stock speculation. Later, the victim was recommended to invest through a bogus investment company, and per the instructions of the “customer service” at the group, installed a mobile app to conduct investment. She successively made multiple deposits at 11 local bank accounts and 1 overseas bank account for stock investment purpose. At the beginning, the victim gained from the investments and successfully withdrew HKD10,000, but was no longer able to withdraw later on. Suspecting a fraud, the victim reported a loss of MOP3.24 million.
The I.T. Crimes Division of the Judiciary Police launched in-depth investigation and subsequent to analysis of relevant information, a local man was identified to be involved in the case. Not only did he receive fraud proceeds of HKD82,000 in his bank account from the victim of this case, the involved man had also received HKD190,000 from three other victims of another case of similar nature at the Judiciary Police. In addition, the related account had also received a total of HKD1.4 million of funds from unknown sources, which were forthwith withdrawn or transferred in full by the involved local man.
On 16th April 2024, the Judiciary Police personnel summoned the involved local man for investigation. He confessed that he had used his bank account to receive funds per the request of a man whom he had got acquainted with inside a casino previously. He had also assisted to withdraw the money and do shopping without receiving any rewards during that time.
Based on investigative results, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved local man to the Public Prosecutions Office with the charges of fraud (considerably huge amount) and money laundering, while continuing to pursue the remaining involved persons at-large.
Detido um homem de Macau por burla de valor consideravelmente elevado e branqueamento de capitais
No dia 18 de Fevereiro de 2024, a PJ recebeu a queixa de uma mulher de Macau, que dizia que reparou, em Novembro de 2023, numa publicidade, numa rede social, sobre investimentos em acções, como tinha a intenção de investir, entrou num grupo chat para receber informações de investimento. À vítima foi recomendado de investir numa empresa, de investimentos, que se revelou falsa, e seguiu as instruções de um atendimento do grupo para descarregar uma App no telemóvel para investimentos em acções e depositou, em várias vezes, dinheiro para 11 contas bancárias de Macau e uma conta fora de Macau com o fim de investir. No princípio, a mulher lucrou e conseguiu sacar $10.000 HKD, mas depois tentou várias vezes e não conseguiu fazer o levantamento de dinheiro, nessa altura a mulher apercebeu-se que se tratava de burla e tinha sofrido prejuízos de $3,24 milhões de patacas.
Numa investigação e análise aprofundada, a Divisão de Investigação de Crimes Informáticos conseguiu identificar um homem local e apurou que na sua conta, além de ter recebido 82.000 HKD da vítima, tinha ainda recebido 190.000 HKD de 3 outras pessoas, num outro caso do mesmo género. Além disso, a referida conta bancária tinha recebida 1,4 milhões de HKD, dinheiro de origem desconhecida e todo esse dinheiro foi levantado e transferido pelo suspeito.
Em 16 de Abril de 2024, o nosso pessoal convocou este homem para a investigação, este disse que conheceu um homem num casino, este pediu-lhe para fornecer a sua conta bancária para receber dinheiro e levantar o dinheiro para fazer compras, mas nunca tinha recebido qualquer recompensa.
De acordo com o resultado da investigação, o detido foi presente ao MP pelos crimes de burla (valor consideravelmente elevado) e branqueamento de capitais. A PJ continua à procura de outros cúmplices do crime.
