內地男子涉詐騙被拘
2024年3月28日,本局接獲男事主報案,稱在路氹城區某娛樂場內被人詐騙,故向本局報案求助。
2024年3月4日,案中男事主與涉案男子在娛樂場內用膳,期間,涉案男子向事主提出利用兩條金條(共重40克)作抵押,以借款15,000港元作為賭博之請求,事主同意有關請求。翌日,由於涉案男子未能償還款項,故要求直接將兩條金條以18,000港元賣給事主。
2024年3月9日,涉案男子再與事主一同用膳時,再將另外三條金條以20,000元人民幣賣給事主。及後,事主返回內地欲變賣上述金條時,發現上述五條金條並非黃金,事件中損失折合約40,820澳門元,故到本局報警求助。
本局博彩罪案調查處展開調查,並鎖定涉案男子身份。而上述五條金條經檢驗後,證實並非黃金,沒有經濟價值。
2024年3月30日,涉案男子入境本澳時被攔截,其承認將假金條出售予事主,目的用作詐騙款項。
由於有強烈跡象顯示涉案男子實施相關犯罪,本局以詐騙(巨額)罪將涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Mainland man arrested for fraud
On 28th March 2024, the male victim reported to the Judiciary Police that he had been defrauded in a casino at the Cotai Strip, and thus the report to the Judiciary Police for assistance.
On 4th March 2024, the male victim and the involved man of this case were dining at the casino when the latter offered two gold bars weighing a total of 40 grams as the collateral to borrow HKD15,000 for gambling, and the victim agreed to the offer. The next day, since the involved man could not repay the loan, he offered to sell the two gold bars direct to the victim at HKD18,000.
On 9th March 2024, while the involved man and the victim were dining together again, the former further sold three other gold bars to the latter at RMB20,000. Subsequently, when the victim returned to the Mainland and intended to sell off the above gold bars, he realised that the above five gold bars were not gold. An equivalent loss of approximately MOP40,820 was incurred in the incident, so he reported to the Police for help.
The Gaming-related Crimes Division of the Judiciary Police launched an investigation and identified the involved man. After examination, it was confirmed that the above five gold bars were not gold, having no monetary value.
On 30th March 2024, the involved man was intercepted when entering Macao, who admitted to selling fake gold bars to the victim for the purpose of obtaining money by deception.
Due to compelling indication that the involved man had committed the related crime, the Judiciary Police transferred him to the Public Prosecutions Office with the charge of fraud (massive amount).
Detido um homem do continente por crime de burla
Em 28 de Março de 2024, recebemos a denúncia de um homem, a dizer que foi burlado por alguém num estabelecimento de entretimento na zona do Cotai.
Em 4 de Março de 2024, a vítima, quando estava a ter uma refeição num casino com o suspeito deste caso, este pediu-lhe emprestados 15.000 HKD, dando duas barras de ouro (com peso total de 40 g) como hipoteca, para poder jogar no casino, a vítima aceitou. No dia seguinte, o suspeito como não conseguiu devolver o dinheiro, pediu à vítima que comprasse directamente as duas barras de ouro por 18.000 HKD.
Em 9 de Março de 2024, o suspeito, quando estava a comer com a vítima vendeu mais três barras de ouro à vítima por 20.000 RMB. Depois, a vítima voltou ao continente, quando pretendia vender as referidas barras de ouro, apercebeu-se que não se tratava de ouro, este caso causou-lhe um prejuízo de 40.820 patacas, por isso foi pedir denunciar o facto.
A Divisão de Investigação de Crimes Relacionados com o Jogo iniciou a investigação e identificou o suspeito. As cinco barras de ouro em causa foram submetidas a teste, confirmaram-se que não se tratava de ouro, e que não têm valor económico.
Em 30 de Março de 2024, o suspeito foi interceptado quando entrou em Macau e admitiu a venda de barras de ouro falso, com o fim de obter dinheiro.
Como há fortes indícios de que o detido praticou crime, foi presente ao Ministério Público acusado de burla (valor elevado).
