本澳女子涉加重盜竊法辦
2024年3月13日,本局接獲一名男子舉報稱其單位內約值630多萬澳門元的財物失竊。案情顯示,男事主在本澳開設公司,但不常在本澳居住,公司日常資金營運由任職其公司秘書的涉案本澳女子負責。為方便涉案本澳女子按事主指示提取資金作公司營運,其管有案發單位和屋內夾萬的密碼和鎖匙,夾萬內存有公司支票簿、現金、外幣和首飾。事主於3月11日晚與涉案本澳女子失聯,隨即趕返涉案單位檢查,發現夾萬內的現金、首飾、現金支票等折合630萬澳門元的財物失竊,懷疑被涉案本澳女子盜去。
本局搶劫罪案調查科跟進調查,查悉涉案本澳女子早於去年9月已在未獲事主准許下轉移公司的現金支票款項,且有相當巨額賭博紀錄,其於作案後已逃離本澳。
2024年3月20日,涉案本澳女子經港珠澳大橋口岸入境時被截獲,本局人員於其身上搜獲懷疑為贓款的外幣,折合約值3萬澳門元,惟其拒絕配合調查。本局根據調查所得,以加重盜竊罪將涉案本澳女子移送檢察院偵辦。
Macao woman arrested for aggravated theft
On 13th March 2024, the Judiciary Police received a report from a man, who claimed that properties worth over 6.3 million patacas had been stolen from his unit. Case details revealed that the male victim established a company in Macao. Since he did not live in Macao regularly, the involved Macao woman, who was the company secretary, was responsible for the daily operation of funds of the company. To facilitate the involved Macao woman to take out funds for company operation according to the victim’s instructions, she had the passwords and keys to the involved unit and the safety box in the unit. Inside the safety box, there were the company chequebook, cash, foreign currencies and jewelries. The victim lost contact with the involved Macao woman on the evening of March 11th, and rushed to the involved unit to check immediately, only to find that the cash, jewelries, cash cheques and other properties stored in the safety box, with a total worth of 6.3 million patacas, were stolen. It was suspected that the involved Macao woman had stolen the properties.
The Robbery Offences Section of the Judiciary Police followed up with the investigation, and found out that the involved Macao woman had transferred the cash cheque funds of the company without the victim’s permission early in September last year, and had gambling records of considerably huge amount. She had fled Macao after the perpetration.
On 20th March 2024, the involved Macao woman was intercepted as she entered Macao via the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Port. The personnel of the Judiciary Police seized foreign currencies suspected to be stolen proceeds, with an equivalent value of around 30,000 patacas, from her, but she refused to cooperate with the investigation. Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved Macao woman to the Public Prosecutions Office with the offence of aggravated theft.
Detida uma residente por furto qualificado
No dia 13 de Março de 2024, a PJ recebeu a denúncia de um homem, na qual dizia que alguém tinha furtado bens no valor de 6,3 milhões de patacas da sua residência. A vítima abriu uma empresa em Macau, onde não reside habitualmente. As operações financeiras diárias da sua empresa sào geridas por uma mulher residente que trabalha como secretária na empresa, a mesma é suspeita deste caso. Para facilitar o levantamento do dinheiro, conforme as suas indicações, para as operações da empresa, a suspeita dispunha das senhas e chaves da residência e do cofre que ali se encontra. Dentro do cofre estavam o livro de cheques da empresa, dinheiro em numerário, moedas estrangeiras e joias. Na noite de 11 de Março, como não conseguia contactar a suspeita, a vítima dirigiu-se imediatamente àquela residência, onde verificou que o dinheiro, as joias e o livro de cheques, num total de 6,3 milhões de patacas, que se encontravam no cofre, tinham desaparecido. A vítima suspeita da secretária.
A Secção de Investigação e Combate ao Roubo da PJ iniciou a investigação e descobriu que, já em Setembro do ano passado, a suspeita tinha desviado, sem a autorização da vítima, o montante dos cheques em numerário da empresa, além disso, tinha registos de jogo com apostas consideráveis. Verificou ainda que a suspeita saiu de Macau depois de cometer o crime.
No dia 20 de Março de 2024, a mulher foi detida ao entrar em Macau através do posto fronteiriço da Ponte Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau. Os nossos agentes encontraram na sua posse moedas estrangeiras suspeitas de terem sido furtadas do cofre, num valor de aproximadamente 30.000 patacas. A detida recusou-se a colaborar com a investigação, mas conforme os resultados da investigação foi presente ao MP pelo crime de furto qualificado.
