三菲籍男外僱分涉販吸毒被拘
本局毒品罪案調查處近日接獲情報,指一名菲律賓籍男外僱涉嫌在氹仔區轉售購自本澳的毒品圖利,隨即展開部署。
2024年3月12日早上,本局人員在涉案菲律賓籍男子位於氹仔的住所附近將其截獲,在其斜背包內搜獲6小包“冰”毒及1小包大麻,並在其住所內檢獲2小包大麻和吸食工具。調查期間,本局人員於單位內截獲第二名涉案菲律賓籍男子,以及搜獲吸食“冰”毒的工具。同日下午,本局人員於氹仔區截獲第三名涉案菲律賓籍男子,並在其背包內檢獲吸食“冰”毒的工具以及電子磅。
是次行動共檢獲1.56克“冰”毒、1.1克大麻以及吸食毒品工具,全部毒品約值6,300澳門元。經查,三人均承認有吸毒習慣。首名涉案男子供稱所持有的毒品乃向第三名涉案男子購入;次名涉案男子則聲稱所吸食的毒品係由首名涉案男子提供。
本局綜合調查所得,控告三名涉案菲律賓籍男子不法吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪、不適當持有器具或設備罪,另加控首名及第三名涉案菲律賓籍男子不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪,並將之移送檢察院偵辦,以及繼續追查毒品來源和其他涉案人。
Three Filipino foreign employees arrested for drug taking and trafficking respectively
The Narcotics Division of the Judiciary Police received a tip-off recently, indicating that a male Filipino foreign employee was suspected of reselling drugs he had purchased in Macao for profits in Taipa district, thus immediately initiated a deployment.
On the morning of 12th March 2024, personnel of the Judiciary Police intercepted the involved Filipino man near his residence located in Taipa. 6 small packs of the drug “ice” and a small pack of marijuana were found in his messenger bag; 2 small packs of marijuana and drug-taking utensils were also seized in his residence. During the investigation, the second involved Filipino man was intercepted in the flat with utensils for taking the drug “ice” found. On the afternoon of the same day, personnel of the Judiciary Police intercepted the third involved Filipino man in Taipa district with utensils for taking the drug “ice” and an electronic scale found in his backpack.
In the operation, a total of 1.56 grams of the drug “ice”, 1.1 grams of marijuana and drug-taking utensils were seized, the value of all the drugs was approximately MOP 6,300. After investigation, all of them admitted to having the habit of taking drugs. The first involved man confessed that the drugs he possessed were purchased from the third involved man; while the second involved man claimed that the drugs he took were provided by the first involved man.
Having integrated the findings of the investigation, the Judiciary Police charged the three involved Filipino men with the offences of illegal consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances and improper possession of utensils or equipment; the first and the third involved Filipino men were additionally charged with the offence of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances. The Judiciary Police transferred them to the Public Prosecutions Office, while continuing to pursue the origin of the drugs and the other involved persons.

A Divisão de Investigação e Combate ao Tráfico de Estupefacientes recebeu informações de que um trabalhador não residente de nacionalidade filipina estaria a revender droga adquirida localmente na zona da Taipa e organizou imediatamente uma acção.
Na manhã do dia 12 de Março de 2024, os nossos agentes interceptaram o suspeito nas proximidades da sua residência na Taipa e encontraram, na sua mochila, seis pacotes pequenos de “ice” e um de marijuana. Além disso, foram apreendidos na sua residência mais dois pacotes pequenos de marijuana e utensílios para consumo da droga. Durante a investigação, foi encontrado, na mesma residência, o segundo suspeito filipino e foram apreendidos utensílios para consumo de “ice”. Na mesma tarde, os nossos agentes detiveram o terceiro suspeito, também filipino, na Taipa, e na mochila dele, foram apreendidos utensílios para consumo de “ice” e uma balança electrónica.
Nesta operação, foram apreendidos no total 1,56 gramas de “ice”, 1,1 gramas de marijuana e utensílios para consumo de droga. Estima-se que a droga apreendida vale cerca de 6.300 patacas. Os três suspeitos admitiram ter hábito de consumo. O primeiro homem alega que adquiriu a droga através do terceiro detido, enquanto que o segundo alega que a droga que ele consumia foi fornecida pelo primeiro.
Conforme os resultados da investigação, os três detidos, de nacionalidade filipina, foram presentes ao MP acusados dos crimes de consumo de estupefacientes e substâncias psicotrópicas e detenção indevida de utensílios, o primeiro e o terceiro detido foram acusados ainda do crime de tráfico. A PJ continua a investigar a origem da droga e de outros envolvidos.
