涉藉介紹工作詐騙他人 一內地漢被拘
2024年2月2日,本局接獲內地男事主舉報,稱被一名內地男子藉介紹赴澳工作為由詐騙。本局經濟罪案調查處跟進調查,查悉事主於2023年12月初欲到本澳工作,涉案內地男子即表示可介紹事主赴澳從事建築行業,惟須先繳付81,000港元辦證費,事主同意,於12月19日在澳門一酒店房間內向涉案內地男子交費後獲簽發收據。至2024年2月,事主多次追問辦證進度,惟涉案內地男子不斷推搪且無法提供辦證紀錄。
2024年3月5日,涉案內地男子經關閘口岸入境時被截獲。經查,其承認藉介紹工作為由詐騙他人,所得騙款已全數賭敗。
本局綜合調查所得,以詐騙罪將涉案內地男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Mainland man apprehended for job referral fraud
On 2nd February 2024, the Judiciary Police received a report from the mainland male victim, stating that he had been defrauded by a mainland man under the pretext of referring him to work in Macao. The Economic Crimes Division of the Judiciary Police followed up the investigation and learned that the victim had intended to work in Macao in early December 2023. The involved mainland man instantly expressed that he could refer the victim to work in the construction industry in Macao, yet he had to pay in advance HKD81,000 for the application fee of work permit, to which the victim agreed. He handed the fee to the involved mainland man and was given a receipt in a hotel room in Macao on December 19th. Until February 2024, the victim had repeatedly enquired about the progress of the work permit application, yet the involved mainland man kept stalling and failed to provide records of the work permit application.
On 5th March 2024, the involved mainland man was intercepted while entering Macao via the Border Gate Checkpoint. Upon investigation, he admitted to have defrauded others under the pretext of job referrals and the fraudulent proceeds had all been gambled away.
Based on integrated investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved mainland man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of fraud.
Detido um homem da China continente por burla de promessas de emprego
No dia 2 de Fevereiro de 2024, a PJ recebeu uma denúncia de um homem, da China continental, que dizia que tinha sido burlado por um homem, também do continente, através de promessas de emprego. A Divisão de Investigação de Crimes Económicos iniciou a investigação, apurou que no início de Dezembro de 2023, a vítima queria trabalhar em Macau, o outro afirmou que poderia recomendá-lo para trabalhar na construção civil em Macau, no entanto, era necessário um pagamento de 81.000 HKD como taxa de requerimento de documentos. A vítima concordou e obteve um recibo após ter pago a taxa num quarto de hotel em Macau no dia 19 de Dezembro. Até Fevereiro de 2024, a vítima pediu repetidamente ao suspeito sobre o progresso da requerimento de documentos, porém, o outro desculpava-se continuamente e não conseguia fornecer os registos pedidos.
Em 5 de Março de 2024, o suspeito foi interceptado ao entrar no território pelo posto fronteiriço das Portas do Cerco. Na investigação, este admitiu que burlava as pessoas através de recomendação de emprego e que tinha perdido ao jogo todo o dinheiro burlado.
Conforme o que foi apurado na investigação, o suspeito da China continental foi presente ao Ministério Público por burla.
