內地漢涉取物後使用暴力及誣告法辦
2024年3月4日,本局接獲治安警察局轉交一宗搶劫籌碼案件。本局經濟罪案調查處展開調查,案情顯示,涉案內地男子相約內地女事主到路氹城區一酒店房間進行兌換,女事主應其要求將80萬港元籌碼放於桌上供其拍照,期間女事主的丈夫及一名男性友人到場。涉案內地男子於完成拍攝後突然掠取上述籌碼並逃走,事主等人立即上前制止,雙方發生打鬥,各有受傷,期間女事主成功從涉案內地男子手上奪回籌碼,隨後涉案內地男子即致電報警稱遭事主等人搶劫。
經查,涉案內地男子承認因賭敗而藉兌換搶劫他人,因事敗心生不忿而誣告事主搶劫。
本局綜合調查所得,以取物後使用暴力罪、誣告罪將涉案內地男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Mainland man nabbed for use of violence after theft and false accusation
On 4th March 2024, the Judiciary Police received a case of robbery of casino chips from the Public Security Police Force. The Economic Crimes Division of the Judiciary Police launched an investigation and found that the involved mainland man and the female mainland victim agreed to meet in a hotel room in the Cotai district to carry out chip exchange. The female victim put HKD 800,000 worth of chips on the table for the involved mainland man to take photos as requested, meanwhile, the female victim’s husband and her male friend arrived at the scene. After taking photos, the involved mainland man suddenly grabbed the aforesaid chips and fled the scene. The victim and her companions immediately stepped up to stop him, then a fight ensued which left both parties injured. During the fight, the female victim managed to take the chips back from the involved mainland man, who then called the police and claimed that he had been robbed by the victim and her companions.
After investigation, the involved mainland man admitted to robbing someone on the pretext of chip exchange after losing in gambling, but he was not reconciled to the failure thus falsely accused the victim of robbery.
Having integrated the findings of the investigation, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved mainland man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of use of violence after theft and false accusation.
Levado à justiça um homem da China continental por violência depois de roubo e por denúncia caluniosa
Em 4 de Março de 2024, a PJ recebeu um caso de roubo de fichas transferido pelo CPSP. A Divisão de Investigação de Crimes Económicos iniciou a investigação. Conforme o apurado, o suspeito, do continente, combinou com a vítima, também da China continental, para trocar dinheiro num quarto de hotel no Cotai. A pedido do suspeito, a vítima do sexo feminino, colocou as fichas no valor de 800.000 HKD sobre a mesa para ele tirar fotos. Durante este período, o marido da vítima e um amigo chegaram ao local. Após tirar as fotos, o suspeito, de repente, pegou nas fichas e tentou fugir, mas foi-lhe impedido pela vítima e pelos outros, houve uma briga entre as duas partes, e houve feridos. Durante a briga, a mulher conseguiu recuperar as fichas das mãos do suspeito. De seguida, o suspeito ligou para a polícia dizendo que tinha sido roubado pela vítima e outras pessoas.
No interrogatório o detido admitiu que em consequência da perda ao jogo, roubou outras pessoas através da troca de dinheiro, e sentindo-se insatisfeito com o fracasso desta actuação, denunciou falsamente o roubo.
Conforme o que foi apurado na investigação, o suspeito do continente foi presente ao Ministério Público acusado de uso de violência depois de subtracção e de denúncia caluniosa.
