司警局聯同海關偵破協助偷渡案 拘一內地漢
本局情報及支援廳根據情報,於2024年3月5日查悉有犯罪集團將循水路協助非法入境者從內地偷渡來澳並在氹仔登岸,隨即通報澳門海關進行聯合部署。
當日傍晚,本局人員發現一艘木船於氹仔輕軌海洋站對開海面靠岸,且有兩人離開木船並沿石灘爬向岸上單車徑,遂立即聯同海關人員採取行動,於岸上截獲兩名非法入境的內地男女,同時海關人員亦成功在海上截獲駕駛木船的涉案內地男子。
經查,涉案犯罪集團向每名偷渡者收取40,000元人民幣以協助其非法進入本澳,兩名偷渡者聲稱來澳目的為賭博,而涉案內地男子則拒絕配合調查。
本局根據調查所得,以犯罪集團罪、協助非法出入境及非法逗留罪將涉案內地男子移送檢察院偵辦。
The Judiciary Police joining hands with the Customs Service in cracking a case of assisting illegal immigration, apprehending a Mainland man
Based on a tip-off, on 5th March 2024, the Intelligence and Support Department of the Judiciary Police learnt from investigation that, a criminal syndicate would assist illegal immigrants to smuggle to Macao from the Mainland by sea and disembark in Taipa. The Macao Customs Service was informed of the incident instantly for joint deployment.
On the evening of that day, personnel of the Judiciary Police discovered that, a wooden boat was docking at sea off the “Ocean” stop of the Taipa Line of the Light Rapid Transit. There were also two individuals leaving the boat, climbing along the pebbles beach and heading towards the cycling track ashore. Personnel of the Judiciary Police and Customs Service took actions immediately, and intercepted two male and female mainland illegal immigrants on the shore. Meanwhile, personnel of the Customs Service also intercepted the involved mainland man driving the wooden boat at sea successfully.
Upon investigation, it was learnt that, the involved criminal syndicate had charged each illegal immigrant a smuggling fee of RMB40,000, for rendering assistance to enter Macao illegally. The two illegal immigrants alleged that their purpose of coming to Macao was gambling, whilst the involved mainland man refused to cooperate with the investigation.
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved mainland man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of criminal syndicate, assisting illegal entry and exit and illegal staying.

De acordo com informações recebidas, o Departamento de Informações e Apoio da PJ soube que no dia 5 de Março de 2024 um grupo criminoso iria transportar por via marítima algumas pessoas da China continental para Macau, as quais iriam desembarcar na Taipa. Assim, a PJ informou aos Serviços de Alfândega para realizarem juntos o planeamento.
Ao anoitecer, os nossos investigadores verificaram que uma embarcação de madeira chegou à costa junto da Estação do Oceano do metro ligeiro e havia duas pessoas, homem e mulher, da RPC a sair do barco para uma praia rochosa e seguiram em direcção à terra, pista de bicicletas. Os investigadores entraram de imeadiato em acção com os agentes alfandegários e detiveram um casal da RPC, imigrante ilegal, entretanto os agentes alfandegários detiveram, no mar, o condutor também da RPC.
Apurou-se que aquele grupo criminoso cobrava, a cada pessoa, 40.000 renminbis para entrar ilegalmente a Macau. O casal afirmou que veio a Macau para jogar, enquanto o outro detido recusou-se a cooperar.
Das diligências de investigação efectuadas, o detido foi presente ao MP pelos crimes de associação criminosa e auxílio à migração ilegal.
