“冬防行動2024”——巡查本澳及路氹城區娛樂場
為預防及打擊各種不法活動,淨化社會治安,在警察總局統籌下,司法警察局持續進行“冬防行動2024”反罪惡巡查。
司警局於2024年2月7日下午1時至晚上7時半,共派出25名刑事偵查人員前往本澳及路氹城區娛樂場進行巡查,重點打擊包括非法兌換貨幣(俗稱“換錢黨”)等與博彩相關的不法活動。
行動中合共截查了217人(136男81女),當中10人(9男1女)涉嫌從事非法兌換貨幣活動,經進行調查及身份認別程序後,並未發現涉及其他犯罪活動,隨即將其悉數移送治安警察局出入境管制廳跟進處理。
“Winter Precaution Operation 2024” – Patrolling casinos in Macao and the Cotai district
To prevent and combat various types of illicit activities, improve public security of the society, under the coordination of the Unitary Police Service, the Judiciary Police continuously conducted anti-crime patrols “Winter Precaution Operation 2024”.
Between 1 pm and 7:30 pm on 7th February 2024, the Judiciary Police had dispatched a total of 25 criminal investigative personnel to carry out patrols at casinos in Macao and the Cotai district, emphasising the combat of gaming-related illicit activities including illegal currency exchange (so-called “Currency Exchange Gangs”).
During the operation, a total of 217 individuals (136 men and 81 women) were stopped and questioned, and 10 of them (9 men and 1 woman) were suspected of engaging in illegal currency exchange activities. As they were not found involving in other criminal activities after investigation and identity verification procedures, they were all transferred to the Border Control Department of the Public Security Police Force for follow-up handling.

Para prevenir e combater os vários tipos de actividades ilícitas e melhorar a segurança na sociedade, a PJ, com a coordenação dos SPU, continua a efectuar as rusgas anticrime “Operação Preventiva do Inverno 2024”.
Das 13:00h às 19:30h de 7 de Fevereiro de 2024, 25 investigadores criminais da PJ realizaram rusgas nos casinos de Macau e do Cotai, combatendo, sobretudo, as actividades ilícitas relacionadas com o jogo, inclusivo a troca ilegal de dinheiro (vulgarmente conhecidas como “burlões de troca de dinheiro”).
Na operação, foram interceptados 217 indivíduos (136 homens e 81 mulheres), entre estes, 10 pessoas (9 homens e 1 mulher) estavam suspeitos de envolvimento nas actividades de troca ilegal de dinheiro. Após a investigação e os procedimentos de identificação, apurou-se que não estavam envolvidos em outros crimes, pelo que foram encaminhados de imediato para o Departamento de Controlo Fronteiriço do CPSP.
