“冬防行動2024”——巡查路氹城區一帶的娛樂場及周邊區域
為預防及打擊各種不法活動,保障本澳治安穩定,在警察總局統籌下,司法警察局持續進行“冬防行動2024”,派員到本澳旅遊區、娛樂場所及治安黑點進行反罪惡巡查。
司警局於2024年2月1日下午1時至晚上11時,共派出25名刑事偵查人員前往路氹城區一帶的娛樂場及周邊區域進行巡查,重點打擊包括非法兌換貨幣(俗稱“換錢黨”)等與博彩相關的不法活動。
行動中合共截查180人(127男53女),其中10名內地人士(8男2女)因涉嫌從事非法兌換貨幣活動而被帶返司警局,經進行身份認別及調查後,上述人士均從事與旅客身份不符活動,俱被移送出入境部門處理。
Winter Precaution Operation 2024” – Patrolling casinos in Cotai and their peripheries
To prevent and combat various illegal acts and to uphold law and order in Macao, the Judiciary Police continued with its “Winter Precaution Operation 2024” under the coordination of the Unitary Police Service, conducting anti-crime patrols in tourist attractions, entertainment venues and public security blackspots in Macao.
Between 1 p.m. and 11 p.m. on 1st February 2024, the Judiciary Police mobilised 25 criminal investigators to patrol in casinos and their peripheries in Cotai, targeting at gambling-related illegal activities that included illegal currency exchange (so-called “money exchange gangs”), etc.
Of the 180 persons (127 men and 53 women) intercepted in the operation, 10 mainland Chinese (8 men and 2 women) were taken in for identification and investigation on suspicion of engaging in illegal currency exchange activities. These persons were transferred to the immigration department for engaging in activities incommensurate with their status as tourists.

No âmbito da “Operação Invernal 2024” que, com a coordenação dos SPU, a PJ continua a realizar, para prevenir e combater diversos tipos de actividades criminosas e garantir a estabilidade da segurança de Macau, foram enviados agentes para efectuar rusgas anticrime nas zonas turísticas, casinos e locais com maior ocorrência de crime em Macau.
Entre as 13:00 e as 23:00 de 1 de Fevereiro de 2024, foram mobilizados 25 investigadores para efectuar rusgas nos casinos do Cotai e nas suas proximidades, para combate específico a actividades ilegais associadas ao jogo, nomeadamente troca ilegal de dinheiro (conhecido por “burlões de troca de dinheiro”).
Nesta operação, foram identificados 180 indivíduos (127 homens e 53 mulheres), dos quais 10 indivíduos da China continental (8 homens e 2 mulheres) foram levados para as instalações da PJ por envolvimento em troca ilegal de dinheiro. Após concluídas a identificação e a investigação, aqueles 10 indivíduos foram encaminhados às autoridades de migração por prática de actividades que não coadunavam com a qualidade de turista.
