司警局聯同海關偵破協助偷渡案 一內地漢就逮
本局情報及支援廳近日接獲情報,指有犯罪集團利用木船協助非法入境者偷渡進出澳門,並查悉該集團將於2024年1月31日協助非法入境者從珠海偷渡來澳,隨即通報澳門海關進行聯合部署。
1月31日傍晚,本局人員發現一艘木船於氹仔海洋花園輕軌站對開海面靠岸,遂立即聯同海關人員採取行動,於輕軌海洋站附近截獲兩名非法入境的內地男女,同時海關人員亦成功在海上截獲駕駛木船的涉案內地男子。
經查,涉案犯罪集團分別向兩名偷渡者收取35,000及38,000元人民幣偷渡費,其後涉案內地男子按集團指示於珠海駕駛木船接載兩人偷渡來澳,事成後可獲20,000元人民幣報酬。
本局根據調查所得,以犯罪集團罪、協助非法出入境及非法逗留罪將涉案內地男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Judiciary Police and Macao Customs Service jointly solved a case of assisting illegal immigration, arresting a mainland man
The Intelligence and Support Department of the Judiciary Police recently received intelligence that a criminal syndicate was assisting illegal immigrants to smuggle in and out of Macao by wooden vessels. It was also learned that the syndicate would assist illegal immigrants to smuggle into Macao from Zhuhai on 31st January 2024, and this was immediately reported to Macao Customs Service in order to conduct joint deployment.
On the evening of January 31st, the Judiciary Police officers discovered a wooden vessel docking in the sea opposite the LRT Ocean Station in Taipa, thereby taking action immediately with customs officers. Two mainlanders (man and woman) were intercepted, who had illegally entered the territory near the LRT Ocean Station. Meanwhile, customs officers also successfully intercepted the involved mainland man who piloted the wooden vessel.
Upon investigation, the involved criminal syndicate collected RMB35,000 and RMB38,000 as smuggling fees from the two illegal immigrants respectively. Later, as instructed by the syndicate, the involved mainland man piloted a wooden vessel in Zhuhai to pick up the two who were smuggled into Macao. Upon completion, he could receive a reward of RMB 20,000. .
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved mainland man to the Public Prosecutions Office with charges of criminal syndicate, assisting illegal immigration and illegal staying.
A PJ e os SA resolveram, em conjunto, um caso de auxílio à imigração ilegal tendo detido um homem da China continental
Ultimamente, o Departamento de Informações e Apoio da PJ recebeu informações indicando que uma rede criminosa estava a utilizar os barcos de madeira para auxiliar imigrantes ilegais a entrar em Macau. Constava ainda que aquela rede criminosa iria auxiliar os imigrantes ilegais a entrar em Macau, a partir de Zhuhai, no dia 31 de Janeiro de 2024 pelo que, assim, comunicou imediatamente o caso aos SA para se realizar uma acção conjunta.
No anoitecer de 31 de Janeiro, ao descobrirem que um barco de madeira tinha atracado na área marítima perto da estação de metro ligeiro nos Jardins do Oceano na Taipa, os nossos agentes entraram logo em acção em conjunto com os SA. Nas proximidades da Estação do Oceano do metro ligeiro, foram detidos dois imigrantes ilegais da China continental (um homem e uma mulher) e, ao mesmo tempo, no mar, o pessoal dos SA também conseguiu deter um homem da China continental que conduzia o barco de madeira.
Na investigação, apurou-se que aquela rede criminosa cobrou a um imigrante ilegais a quantia de 35.000 RMB e, a outro, 38.000 RMB. O suspeito da China continental, de acordo com as indicações da organização, conduziu o barco em causa transportando os dois imigrantes ilegais de Zhuhai para Macau, e iria obter 20.000 RMB como remuneração após concluído o transporte.
Conforme as provas obtidas na investigação, o suspeito foi presente ao MP por associação criminosa, auxílio à imigração ilegal e permanência ilegal.
