“冬防行動2024”——巡查各區娛樂場及周邊區域
為預防及打擊各種不法行為,維護本澳良好的治安環境,在警察總局統籌下,司法警察局持續進行“冬防行動2024”,於本澳旅遊區、娛樂場所及治安黑點進行反罪惡巡查。
司警局於2024年1月31日下午1時至晚上10時,共派出25名刑事偵查人員前往中區、外港及南灣湖填海區及路氹城區一帶的娛樂場及周邊區域進行巡查,重點打擊包括非法兌換貨幣等與博彩相關的不法活動。
行動中合共截查150人(109男41女),其中12名內地人士(7男5女)因涉嫌從事非法兌換貨幣(俗稱“換錢黨”)及形跡可疑而被帶返司警局,經進行身份認別及調查後,當中10名人士從事與旅客身份不符活動,已被移送出入境部門處理,其餘人士獲准自行離去。
“Winter Precaution Operation 2024” – Patrolling casinos in various districts and their peripheries
To prevent and combat various illegal acts and to uphold law and order in Macao, the Judiciary Police continued with its “Winter Precaution Operation 2024” under the coordination of the Unitary Police Service, conducting anti-crime patrols in tourist attractions, entertainment venues and public security blackspots in Macao.
Between 1 p.m. and 10 p.m. on 31st January 2024, the Judiciary Police mobilised 25 criminal investigators to patrol in casinos and their peripheries in the central district, outer harbour, Nam Van Lake reclamation area and Cotai, targeting at gambling-related illegal activities that included illegal currency exchange, etc.
Of the 150 persons (109 men and 41 women) intercepted in the operation, 12 mainland Chinese (7 men and 5 women) were taken in for identification and investigation on suspicion of engaging in illegal currency exchange (so-called “money exchange gangs”) and acting suspiciously. Ten of these persons were transferred to the immigration department for engaging in activities incommensurate with their status as tourists, while the remaining persons were allowed to leave on their own.

Para prevenir e combater actos ilícitos e manter um ambiente comunitário de Macau seguro, com a coordenação dos SPU, a PJ continua a realizar a “Operação Invernal 2024”, efectuando patrulhamentos anti-crime em zonas turísticas, casinos e zonas com maior incidência de crime.
Entre as 13:00 e as 22:00 de 31 de Janeiro, a PJ mobilizou 25 agentes para efectuarem patrulhamentos junto dos casinos e seus arredores da Zona Central, Porto Exterior, nos Aterros do Lago Nam Van e Cotai, com vista a um combate específico, nomeadamente de troca ilegal de dinheiro entre outras actividades ilegais relacionadas com o jogo.
Nesta operação foram identificados 150 indivíduos (109 homens e 41 mulheres), dos quais 12 indivíduos da RPC (7 homens e 5 mulheres), foram levados para as nossas instalações por envolvimento em troca ilegal de dinheiro (conhecido por “burlões de troca de dinheiro”) e mostrarem atitudes que causaram suspeitas. Após concluídas a identificação e a investigação, 10 foram encaminhados às autoridades de migração por prática de actividades que não coadunavam com a qualidade de turista e o restante pessoal foi autorizado a sair.
