兩名坦桑尼亞籍男子涉販吸毒就逮
本局毒品罪案調查處人員接獲情報,指兩名非洲裔男子於本澳中區向吸毒者販賣“冰”毒,經深入調查後鎖定其身份並展開部署。
2024年1月23日晚,本局人員於新橋區對兩名涉案坦桑尼亞籍男子進行截查,檢獲其中一名涉案男子於搜查期間棄置的3包共重約2.58克的“冰”毒,並在其住所房間內再搜出11包共重約9.04克的“冰”毒,以及電子磅等毒品分拆工具。是次行動共搜獲11.62克“冰”毒,約值40,000澳門元。
經查,兩人承認有吸毒習慣,惟拒絕交代販毒詳情。兩人的尿液檢測結果對毒品呈陽性反應。
本局以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪,以及不法吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪,將兩名涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦,並繼續追查毒品來源。
Two Tanzanian men arrested for trafficking and consuming drugs
Officers of the Narcotics Division of the Judiciary Police were tipped-off earlier that two African men had been trafficking the drug “ice” to drug users in Central district of Macao. The duo were identified subsequent to in-depth investigation, while deployment was launched.
On the night of 23rd January 2024, the Judiciary Police officers intercepted the two involved Tanzanian men in San Kio district. Three sachets, totaling 2.58 grams of the drug “ice”, which had been discarded by one of the involved men during the search, were seized. In addition, another 11 sachets, totaling 9.04 grams of the drug “ice”, and drug distributing tools such as electronic scale were seized inside the room of his residence. A total of 11.62 grams of the drug “ice”, worth of around MOP40,000, were seized in this operation.
Upon investigation, the duo confessed to their drug-taking habit, yet refused to explain the drug trafficking details. Their urine samples yielded positive results to drugs.
The Judiciary Police transferred the involved duo to the Public Prosecutions Office with the charges of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, and illegal consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, while continuing to pursue the source of the drugs.

O pessoal da Divisão de Investigação e Combate ao Tráfico de Estupefacientes recebeu as informações indicando que dois homens africanos estariam a vender “ice” aos consumidores na zona central de Macau. Na investigação aprofundada, os nossos agentes conseguiram identificar aqueles dois suspeitos e organizaram uma acção.
Na noite de 23 de Janeiro de 2024, os nossos agentes interceptaram os dois suspeitos de nacionalidade tanzaniana no bairro de San Kio, e encontraram três pacotes de “ice”, no peso total de cerca de 2,58 gramas, que foram deitados fora por um deles durante a revista. Foram descobertos e feita a apreensão de 11 pacotes de “ice”, no peso total de cerca de 9,04 gramas, uma balança electrónica e outros instrumentos para dividir doses que se encontraram no quarto que alugavam. Nesta acção, foram apreendidos, no total, 11,62 gramas de “ice”, no valor de cerca de 40.000 patacas.
Conforme a investigação, os dois suspeitos admitiram ter hábito de consumo, mas recusaram dizer os detalhes sobre o tráfico. O exame de urina deles foi positivo.
Os dois detidos foram presentes ao MP por tráfico e consumo de estupefacientes. A PJ continua a investigar a origem da droga.
