“冬防行動2024”——巡查路氹城區娛樂場及周邊區域
農曆新年臨近,為維護節日期間的社會治安穩定和公共秩序,阻止罪犯趁機作案,在警察總局統籌及協調下,司法警察局自2024年1月23日起展開“冬防行動2024”,加強對各類罪案的預防和打擊,確保社會安全,讓市民和遊客能夠安心歡慶新春。
2024年1月23日下午1時至晚上9時,司警局共派出25名刑事偵查人員前往路氹城區娛樂場及其附近進行巡查,重點打擊與博彩有關的罪案和違法行為,震懾不法分子。巡查期間共截查124人(80男44女);行動中查獲13名(10名內地人士及3名本澳居民)涉嫌從事非法兌換貨幣的人士(俗稱“換錢黨”),將其帶返司警局進行身份認別程序及調查,並以從事與旅客身分不符的活動將10名內地人士移送出入境部門處理。
Winter Precaution Operation 2024 – Patrolling casinos in Cotai district and their peripheries
As the Chinese New Year approaches, to maintain stability of public security and public order of the society during the festive period and to prevent criminals from taking advantage of the festival to commit crimes, under the organisation and coordination of the Unitary Police Service, the Judiciary Police has launched the “Winter Precaution Operation 2024” since 23rd January 2024, enhancing prevention and combat of all types of crimes, in order to ensure safety in the society, so that residents and tourists can feel reassured when they are enjoying the spring festival.
Between 1 pm and 9 pm on 23rd January 2024, the Judiciary Police had dispatched a total of 25 criminal investigative personnel to carry out patrols at casinos in Cotai district and their vicinity, emphasizing the combat of gaming-related crimes and illegal acts so as to deter criminals. During the patrols, a total of 124 individuals (80 men and 44 women) were stopped and questioned; 13 persons (10 mainlanders and 3 local residents) who were suspected of engaging in illegal currency exchange (so-called “Currency Exchange Gangs”) were found and brought back to the Judiciary Police for identity verification procedures and investigation. The 10 mainlanders were transferred to the immigration department for handling due to their engagement in activities inconsistent with their identities of tourists.

Com a aproximação do Ano Novo Lunar, para manter a estabilidade da segurança na sociedade e a ordem pública durante o festival e impedir que os criminosos aproveitem da oportunidade para actuarem, a Polícia Judiciária, com a organização e coordenação dos Serviços de Polícia Unitários, a partir de 23 de Janeiro de 2024, iniciou a “Operação Invernal 2024”. Esta operação visa essencialmente reforçar a prevenção e combate aos vários tipos de crimes, de forma a garantir a segurança na sociedade para que a população e os turistas possam celebrar o Ano Novo Lunar com tranquilidade.
Entre as 13h00 e as 21h00 do dia 23 de Janeiro de 2024, 25 investigadores criminais da PJ realizaram rusgas nos casinos do Cotai e nas suas proximidades, com vista à prevenção e combate, sobretudo, ao crime e às infracções relacionadas com o jogo, produzindo assim um efeito dissuasor sobre os delinquentes. Quando os nossos agentes realizavam rusgas, foram identificados 124 indivíduos (80 homens e 44 mulheres); na operação foram encontradas 13 pessoas (10 residentes da China continental e 3 locais) suspeitas de envolvimento na troca ilegal de dinheiro (vulgarmente conhecidas como “burlões de troca de dinheiro”), as quais foram levadas às instalações da PJ para efectuar à sua identificação e investigação, tendo as 10 pessoas do continente sido encaminhados às autoridades de migração por actividades que não se coadunavam com a qualidade de turista.
