內地男子涉兌換詐騙及將假貨幣轉手被拘
2024年1月15日,本局接獲治安警察局轉介一宗兌換詐騙案,案中內地女事主報稱在路氹城區一酒店房間與涉案內地男子進行兌換交易,雙方協議以46.6萬元人民幣兌換50萬港元現金,女事主要求涉案男子先出示有關鈔票才進行轉帳,在檢查有關紙鈔時發現該等紙鈔的顏色有異,隨即報警求助。
本局經濟罪案調查處人員在涉案男子身上搜獲五疊共1,005張港元偽鈔,有關偽鈔紙質光滑,沒有螢光反應,且印刷模糊,能輕易以肉眼分辨;本局人員經訊問涉案男子,其承認受僱於一名不知名人士來澳進行兌換交易,事成後可獲得騙款的百分之十作為報酬。
本局以詐騙(相當巨額)罪及將假貨幣轉手罪將涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Mainlander arrested for currency exchange fraud and passing on counterfeit currency
On 15th January 2024, the Judiciary Police received a case of currency exchange fraud from the Public Security Police Force. The mainland female victim reported that she had conducted currency exchange transaction with the involved mainland man inside a hotel guest room at Cotai district. The duo agreed to exchange HKD500,000 of cash with RMB466,000. The female victim demanded the involved man to show her the relevant banknotes before the money transfer, while upon checking, she discovered that the colour of those banknotes was different, forthwith reported to the police for help.
Officers of the Economic Crimes Division of the Judiciary Police seized five stacks, totaling1,005 pieces, of forged HKD banknotes from the involved man. The related forged banknotes had smooth paper texture, did not react to ultraviolet light, poorly printed, and could be easily distinguished by naked eyes. Upon interrogating the involved man, he confessed that he had been recruited by an unknown person for conducting currency exchange in Macao, receiving 10% of the illicit proceeds as reward upon completion.
The Judiciary Police transferred that involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office with the charges of fraud (considerably huge amount) and passing on counterfeit currency.
Detido um homem do continente por burla na troca de dinheiro e passagem de moeda falsa
Em 15 de Janeiro de 2024, recebemos um caso de burla na troca de dinheiro transferido pelo CPSP, a vítima, uma mulher da China continental, reportou que tinha trocado dinheiro com um homem num quarto de hotel do Cotai, para converter 466.000 RMB para 500.000 HK$ em numerário. A vítima pediu ao homem que lhe mostrasse primeiro o dinheiro e depois iria fazer a transferência, assim quando estava a verificar o dinheiro achou algo estranho na cor das notas e fez queixa.
A Divisão de Investigação de Crimes Económicos, encontrou na posse do homem, 1.005 notas falsas de HK$, o papel dessas notas era liso, não apresentava marcas fluorescentes e a impressão era borrada, fácil de se ver a olho nu. No interrogatório o detido admitiu que foi recrutado por um desconhecido para vir a Macau e fazer a troca de dinheiro, com isso iria ganhar 10% do dinheiro burlado.
O detido foi presente ao MP por burla (de valor consideravelmente elevado) e passagem de moeda falsa.
