反罪惡巡查行動——查獲非法旅館
2024年1月16日,司警局有組織罪案調查處接獲情報指新口岸區一住宅單位疑似經營非法旅館,隨即派員跟進調查。
司警局人員於上址查獲持旅遊簽證入住的五名內地男子及一名香港女子。經查,五名內地男子均承認以每晚150澳門元向該名香港女子租住牀位。
司警局人員將上述六人帶返本局,經完成身份認別及調查程序後,未發現涉及其他刑事犯罪,故准許五名內地男子自行離去;而上述香港女子因在澳從事與許可逗留目的明顯不符之活動,故根據第16/2021號法律規定,將其移交治安警察局出入境管制廳處理。
此外,由於相關住宅單位涉及非法旅館,故司警局人員根據經第3/2022號法律修改之第3/2010號法律,通知旅遊局派員進行查封。
Anti-crime patrol operation – uncovering an illegal hostel
On 16th January 2024, the Organized Crime Division of the Judiciary Police received intelligence, indicating that a residential unit in the ZAPE district was suspected of operating as an illegal hostel. Officers were swiftly deployed to follow up the investigation.
The personnel of the Judiciary Police ferreted out 5 mainland men and 1 Hong Kong woman who held tourist visas and resided in the abovementioned unit. Upon investigation, all of the 5 mainland men admitted that they had rented bedspaces from the Hong Kong woman at a charge of MOP150 per night.
The personnel of the Judiciary Police brought the abovementioned 6 individuals back to the Judiciary Police. After completion of the identity verification and investigation procedures with no other criminal offence found to be involved, the 5 mainland men were allowed to leave on their own. However, the abovementioned Hong Kong woman had engaged in activity apparently inconsistent with the permitted purpose of stay in Macao, she was thereby transferred to the Border Control Department of the Public Security Police Force according to the stipulations of Law No. 16/2021.
In addition, since the relevant residential unit involved illegal hostel, the personnel of the Judiciary Police notified the Macao Government Tourism Office to dispatch personnel to seal off the related unit in accordance with the Law No. 3/2010, amended by Law No. 3/2022.
Operação anticrime – Descoberta uma pensão ilegal
No dia 16 de Janeiro de 2024, a Divisão de Combate ao Banditismo recebeu informações indicando que um apartamento do Zape estaria a ser explorado como pensão ilegal, foi enviado pessoal de imediato para investigar.
No local, foram identificados cinco homens da China continental, titulares de visto de visita que ali se hospedavam e uma mulher de Hong Kong. Na investigação, os cinco homens do continente admitiram que alugavam da mulher de Hong Kong uma cama no apartamento, a 150 patacas por noite.
O nosso pessoal levou os seis indivíduos para as instalações da PJ, após concluídos os procedimentos de identificação e investigação, ficou apurado que os cinco homens do continente não estavam relacionados com casos criminais, portanto, foram autorizados a sair; a mulher de Hong Kong foi encaminhada para o Departamento de Controlo Fronteiriço do CPSP, nos termos da lei da Lei n.° 16/2021, por exercício em Macau de actividades que manifestamente não correspondiam aos objectivos da autorização de permanência.
Além disso, uma vez que o apartamento envolve uma pensão ilegal, o nosso pessoal, nos termos da lei n.° 3/2010, alterada por lei n.° 3/2022, comunicou o facto à Direcção dos Serviços de Turismo para que fosse enviado pessoal a selar o apartamento.
