司警局搗破網絡詐騙集團 拘三名本澳男女
司警局於2022年10月至2023年中先後接獲9名本澳居民舉報指墮入“刷單兼職”騙局,本局資訊罪案調查處展開深入調查後再發現多4名分別墮入“刷單兼職”及“殺豬盤”騙局的本澳居民,即合共有13名事主被詐騙,總損失達156萬澳門元。
經調查,本局人員鎖定一犯罪集團,發現該集團自2022年10月起運作,在網絡社交平台上發佈廣告,以“刷單兼職”及“殺豬盤”手法進行詐騙。同時,本局亦查悉該犯罪集團另涉12宗“刷單兼職”詐騙案,連同本案合共有25名事主被騙196萬澳門元。
2023年12月18日,本局人員分別於本澳多處拘捕涉案的1名本澳男子及2名本澳女子。當中1名本澳女子為犯罪集團骨幹成員,其利用自己名下的銀行帳戶及支付帳號接收及轉移70多萬澳門元騙款,同時本局人員查悉其另涉2宗演唱會門票詐騙案件,涉款5,320澳門元,並在其網絡社交平台帳號上搜獲多則詐騙廣告。其餘2名涉案男女則承認以3,000至5,000澳門元不等的報酬將自己名下的2個及5個銀行帳戶售予他人作犯罪用途,2人的銀行帳戶分別處理30多萬及9萬多澳門元的騙款。
根據目前調查結果顯示,上述犯罪集團利用至少17個本地銀行帳戶處理騙款,而大部分騙款均轉匯至香港的銀行帳戶內,再透過交易平台購買虛擬貨幣,以迂迴複雜的方式作轉移。
本局綜合調查所得,以詐騙(巨額)、清洗黑錢及犯罪集團罪將3名涉案男女移送檢察院偵辦。
Judiciary Police busted cyber fraud syndicate, with 3 local man and women apprehended
Between October 2022 and mid-2023, the Judiciary Police received reports successively from 9 local residents, stating that they had fallen into “brushing orders part-time job” scams. Having conducted in-depth investigation, the IT Crimes Division of the Judiciary Police found another 4 local residents having fallen into the “brushing orders part-time job” and “pig-butchering” scams respectively, which totalled 13 victims being defrauded and a total loss of MOP1.56 million.
Upon investigation, the personnel of the Judiciary Police identified a criminal syndicate, which was found to have started its operation since October 2022 by releasing advertisements at online social platform to conduct scams via the modus operandi of “brushing orders part-time job” and “pig-butchering”. Meanwhile, the Judiciary Police also found that the criminal syndicate had been involved in another 12 “brushing orders part-time job” scam cases, which, including this case, had totalled 25 victims being defrauded of MOP1.96 million.
On 18th December 2023, the personnel of the Judiciary Police apprehended 1 involved local man and 2 involved local women at multiple locations in Macao respectively. One of the local women was the core member of the criminal syndicate who used her own bank account and payment account to receive and transfer fraud proceeds of more than MOP700,000. At the same time, the personnel of the Judiciary Police also found that she had been involved in another 2 concert tickets fraud cases involving MOP5,320, with multiple fraudulent advertisements seized from her online social platform account. For the remaining 2 involved man and woman, they admitted to have sold 2 and 5 bank accounts under their names to others for criminal purpose for remunerations ranging from MOP3,000 to 5,000. The bank accounts of the duo had been used for processing fraud proceeds of more than MOP300,000 and MOP90,000 respectively.
Current investigative results revealed that the abovementioned criminal syndicate had used at least 17 local bank accounts to process fraud proceeds, most of which had been transferred to the bank accounts in Hong Kong for purchasing virtual currencies via trading platform in order to transfer the proceeds via circuitous routes.
The Judiciary Police integrated the investigative results, then transferred the 3 involved man and women to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of fraud (huge amount), money laundering and criminal syndicate.
Desmantelada uma rede de burla online e detidos três residentes
De Outubro de 2022 a meados de 2023, a PJ recebeu as denúncias de nove residentes de Macau que alegavam ter caído no esquema de “emprego a tempo parcial para aumentar o registo das encomendas”. Após uma investigação aprofundada da Divisão de Investigação de Crimes Informáticos da PJ, descobriu-se que outros quatro residentes de Macau tinham caído, respectivamente, nas burlas "emprego a tempo parcial para aumentar o registo das encomendas" e "pig-butchering scam", ou seja, ao todo 13 vítimas com um prejuízo total de 1,56 milhões de patacas.
Nas investigações, conseguiu-se identificar uma rede criminosa e verificou-se que estava a operar desde Outubro de 2022, com a divulgação de anúncios em plataformas sociais online, com os esquemas de “emprego a tempo parcial para aumentar o registo das encomendas” e "pig-butchering scam". Apurou-se também que aquela rede estava ainda envolvida em outros 12 casos de burla relativa ao aumento do registo das encomendas, juntamente com este caso, 25 vítimas foram enganadas num total de 1,96 milhões de patacas.
Em 18 de Dezembro de 2023, foram detidos um homem e duas mulheres, todos residentes de Macau, em vários locais da cidade. Uma das mulheres era membro-chave da rede criminosa, que tinha utilizado contas bancárias e contas de pagamento em seu próprio nome para receber e transferir mais de 700.000 patacas do dinheiro burlado. Soube-se que ela ainda estava envolvida em dois casos de burla com bilhetes para concertos, num montante de 5.320 patacas e foram encontrados vários anúncios fraudulentos nas suas contas online em redes sociais. Relativamente aos restantes dois detidos, admitiram ter vendido duas e cinco contas bancárias em nome próprio a terceiros para a prática de crime, com uma remuneração de 3.000 e 5.000 patacas, e aquelas contas tinham movimentado, respectivamente, mais de 300.000 e 90.000 patacas vindas das burlas.
De acordo com os resultados da investigação actual, a referida rede criminosa usou, pelo menos, 17 contas bancárias locais para processar o dinheiro burlado, a maior parte do dinheiro foi depois transferido para contas bancárias de Hong Kong e, em seguida, usado para comprar moedas virtuais através de plataformas de negócio. A transferência foi efectuada de formas tortuosas e complexas.
Conforme o apurado, os três detidos foram presentes ao MP por burla (de valor elevado), branqueamento de capitais e associação criminosa.
