突尼斯籍男子偷運可卡因就逮
為打擊犯罪集團利用航空渠道販運毒品,本局毒品罪案調查處人員根據情報加強對抵澳航班旅客進行排查,發現一班於2023年12月1日晚從馬來西亞飛抵本澳的航班上有一名可疑的突尼斯籍男乘客,遂立即進行部署,於該名涉案男子經澳門國際機場入境時將之截獲。
本局人員於其行李箱夾層內搜獲一塊約長40厘米、寬32厘米的黑色密封膠袋,內藏大量白色粉末,經手提驗毒機進行檢驗後,證實粉末為毒品可卡因,約值693萬澳門元。
涉案男子承認犯案,於11月下旬由幾內亞科納克里前往土耳其伊斯坦布爾,再經馬來西亞飛抵本澳後等候進一步指示,其聲稱事成後可獲5,000美元報酬。
本局以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪將涉案突尼斯籍男子移送檢察院偵辦,並續追查其餘涉案人士及毒品來源。
Tunisian man arrested for smuggling cocaine
In order to combat criminal syndicates making use of aviation channels to traffic drugs, officers from the Narcotics Division of the Judiciary Police strengthened the screening of air passengers arriving in Macao based on intelligence, and found a suspicious Tunisian male passenger on a flight arriving in Macao from Malaysia on the evening of 1st December 2023. Hence, deployment was immediately made. The involved man was intercepted upon arrival via the Macao International Airport.
The Judiciary Police officers found a black sealed plastic bag about 40 cm long and 32 cm wide in a compartment of his suitcase, containing a large amount of white powder inside. After examining with a hand-held drug detector, it was confirmed that the powder was cocaine, worth approximately MOP6.93 million.
The involved man admitted to the crime. He travelled from Conakry, Guinea to Istanbul, Türkiye in late November, then flew to Macao via Malaysia, awaiting further instructions. He claimed that he could receive a reward of USD5,000 upon completing the task.
The Judiciary Police transferred the involved Tunisian man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, while continuing to trace the other involved persons and the origin of the drugs.

Para combater o tráfico de droga via aérea, segundo as informações recebidas, a Divisão de Investigação e Combate ao Tráfico de Estupefacientes reforçou os controlos dos passageiros que chegam a Macau e verificou que, num voo que partiu da Malásia e chegou a Macau na noite de 1 de Dezembro de 2023, vinha um passageiro suspeito, de nacionalidade tunisina, preparou a acção e interceptou o homem na altura em que entrou em Macau através do Aeroporto Internacional de Macau.
O nosso pessoal encontrou na camada interna da sua bagagem um saco de plástico selado, de cor preta, com 40 cm de comprimento e 32 cm de largura, que continha uma grande quantidade de pó branco. Depois de ter examinado o pó com a máquina de detecção de droga portátil, confirmou-se que era cocaína, esta foi avaliada em 6,93 milhões de patacas.
O suspeito confessou o crime, disse que em finais de Novembro foi a Istambul, Turquia a partir da Guiné Conakry, passou pela Malásia e chegou a Macau onde devia aguardar novas instruções, disse que poderia receber 5.000 USD após concluída a tarefa.
O homem foi presente ao Ministério Público por tráfico ilícito de estupefacientes e substâncias psicotrópicas, a PJ continua a investigar outros eventuais envolvidos e a origem da droga.
