司警局破獲兩宗人體運毒案 兩漢被拘
為打擊犯罪集團利用航空渠道販運毒品,本局毒品罪案調查處人員根據情報加強排查抵澳航班旅客,於2023年11月29日及30日偵破兩宗人體運毒案,拘捕一名烏干達籍男子及一名蘇里南籍男子。
第一宗案件
11月29日下午,本局人員於涉案烏干達籍男子從馬來西亞飛抵本澳並經澳門國際機場入境時將之截獲,在運用人體X光掃描機進行檢查後,發現其體內藏有多枚鵝卵狀物體,故將其送往仁伯爵綜合醫院作進一步檢驗,期間涉案男子排出100枚鵝卵狀物體,經本局刑事技術廳進行緊急化驗,證實以上物體為共重1.341公斤之毒品可卡因,約值443萬澳門元。
涉案男子否認知悉該批鵝卵狀物體為毒品,其表示受他人招攬,11月25日從烏干達前往埃塞俄比亞並吞下該批物體,再經馬來西亞飛抵本澳後等候進一步指示,聲稱事成後可獲3,200美元報酬。
第二宗案件
11月30日下午,本局人員於涉案蘇里南籍男子從菲律賓飛抵本澳並經澳門國際機場入境時將之截獲,在運用人體X光掃描機進行檢查後,發現其體內藏有多枚鵝卵狀物體,並在其內褲裏檢獲16枚淺黃色鵝卵狀物體,故將其送往仁伯爵綜合醫院作進一步檢驗,期間涉案男子再排出84枚鵝卵狀物體,經本局刑事技術廳進行緊急化驗,證實以上物體為100枚共重1.19公斤之毒品可卡因,約值392萬澳門元。
經查,涉案男子承認受人招攬,於11月23日在蘇里南共和國吞下該批毒品後輾轉飛往美洲、法國巴黎、中東地區及菲律賓馬尼拉,30日在馬尼拉機場排出其中16枚並將之收藏在內褲裏,其聲稱飛抵本澳後販毒主腦會作下一步指示,事成後可獲5,300美元報酬。
本局以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪將兩名涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦,並繼續追緝毒品來源、去向及其餘涉案人士。
Judiciary Police cracked two body-packing drug smuggling cases with two men arrested
In an effort to combat drug smuggling via aviation means by criminal syndicates, officers of the Narcotics Division of the Judiciary Police strengthened the screening of arrival flight passengers based on intelligence. Two body-packing drug smuggling cases were cracked on 29th and 30th November 2023 respectively, with a Ugandan man and a Surinamese man arrested.
Case one
On the afternoon of November 29th, the Judiciary Police officers intercepted the involved Ugandan, flying from Malaysia to Macao, upon his arrival at the Macao International Airport. Subsequent to inspection using the X-ray body scanner, multiple oval-shaped objects were found concealed in his body, hence his transfer to the Hospital Conde S. Januário for further checkup, during which the involved man excreted 100 oval-shaped objects. Emergency examination by the Forensic Science Department of the Judiciary Police confirmed that the aforementioned objects were around MOP4.43 million worth of cocaine weighing a total of 1.341 kilograms.
The involved man denied knowing that these oval-shaped objects were drugs. He indicated that he had been recruited to travel from Uganda to Ethiopia on November 25th, where he swallowed these objects, then flew to Macao via Malaysia to wait for further instructions upon arrival. A reward of USD3,200 was promised upon completion, he said.
Case two
On the afternoon of November 30th, the Judiciary Police officers intercepted the involved Surinamese, flying from the Philippines to Macao, upon his arrival at the Macao International Airport. Subsequent to inspection using the X-ray body scanner, multiple oval-shaped objects were found concealed in his body, plus another 16 light yellowish oval-shaped objects seized from his underpants, hence his transfer to the Hospital Conde S. Januário for further checkup, during which the involved man excreted 84 more oval-shaped objects. Emergency examination by the Forensic Science Department of the Judiciary Police confirmed that the aforementioned objects were 100 pellets of cocaine weighing a total of 1.19 kilograms, worth of around MOP3.92 million.
Upon investigation, the involved man admitted that he was recruited to swallow these drugs on November 23rd in the Republic of Suriname, then flew to Americas, Paris, Middle East region and Manila, the Philippines. On November 30th, he excreted 16 pellets of the drugs at the Manila airport and hid them inside his underpants. He claimed that the drug trafficking kingpin would give further instructions upon his arrival in Macao, with a reward of USD5,300 promised.
The Judiciary Police transferred the involved duo to the Public Prosecutions Office with the charge of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, while continuing to pursue the origins, whereabouts of the drugs and other involved persons.
Resolvidos dois casos de transporte de droga em corpo humano e detidos dois homens
Com o intuito de combater o tráfico de droga via aérea, segundo as informações recebidas, o pessoal da Divisão de Investigação e Combate ao Tráfico de Estupefacientes incrementou os controlos dos passageiros dos voos chegados a Macau. Assim, em 29 e 30 de Novembro de 2023 foram descobertos dois casos de transportes de droga em corpo humano e foram detidos dois homens, um do Uganda e outro do Suriname.
Primeiro caso
Na tarde de 29 de Novembro, chegado da Malásia, vinha um passageiro ugandês, ao entrar em Macau, através do Aeroporto Internacional, foi interceptado e através do aparelho de inspecção corporal de raios-X, foram detectados objectos, de forma oval, no corpo do suspeito, pelo que foi imediatamente levado ao Hospital C. S. Januário para um exame mais aprofundado. O homem expeliu 100 invólucros ovais, que foram enviados para o Departamento de Ciências Forenses para exame urgente, confirmou-se assim que continham cocaína, com peso total de 1,341 Kg e com valor de cerca de 4,43 milhões de patacas.
Na investigação, o suspeito negou ter conhecimento de que os invólucros ovais continham droga e admitiu que foi recrutado por alguém e disse que, no dia 25 de Novembro, partiu do Uganda para a Etiópia e engoliu os invólucros, depois, passando pela Malásia, veio a Macau onde aguardaria indicações. Disse ainda que se concluísse o transporte com sucesso, iria receber 3200 USD.
Segundo caso
Na tarde de 30 de Novembro, o pessoal da PJ interceptou um homem do Suriname vindo das Filipinas para Macau. Foi interceptado pelo nosso pessoal e através do aparelho de inspecção corporal de raios-X, foram detectados objectos, de forma oval, dentro do corpo do homem, bem como 16 objectos amarelados, de forma oval, nas suas cuecas, foi imediatamente levado para o Hospital C. S. Januário para um exame mais aprofundado. No hospital o homem expeliu outros 84 invólucros ovais, que após enviados para o Departamento de Ciências Forenses para exame urgente, confirmou-se que os 100 invólucros ovais continham cocaína, com peso total de 1,19 Kg e com valor de cerca de 3,92 milhões de patacas.
Na investigação, o suspeito admitiu ter sido recrutado por alguém e disse que, em 23 de Novembro, tinha engolido os invólucros depois partiu de República do Suriname para a América, Paris, Médio Oriente, Manila e no dia 30 chegou a Macau, no aeroporto foram encontrados 16 invólucros escondidos nas suas cuecas. Disse ainda que iria aguardar novas indicações e se concluísse o transporte com sucesso, iria receber 5300 USD.
Os dois homens foram presentes ao Ministério Público por tráfico ilícito de estupefacientes e substâncias psicotrópicas, a PJ continua a investigar a origem da droga e outros eventuais envolvidos.
