反罪惡巡查行動——查獲兩名涉嫌賣淫之內地女子
因應第70屆澳門格蘭披治大賽車舉行期間有大量旅客訪澳,為預防和打擊犯罪,維護本澳良好的治安環境,本局有組織罪案調查處持續採取警務行動。2023年11月13日上午,該處派出多名刑事偵查員前往路氹城區執行特別巡查行動。
行動中,本局人員在路氹城區一酒店內截獲兩名涉嫌賣淫的內地女子,並在其入住的酒店房間內搜獲賣淫用品。兩人承認持旅遊證件來澳賣淫,故本局人員將兩人帶返本局作進一步調查。
經對上述兩人進行身份認別及調查程序後,並未發現涉及其他刑事犯罪,惟因其在本澳從事與許可逗留目的不符之活動,故本局人員根據第16/2021號法律的規定,將其悉數移交治安警察局出入境管制廳處理。
Anti-crime patrol operation – two mainland women ferretted out on suspicion of prostitution
In response to the massive amount of tourists visiting Macao during the 70th Macau Grand Prix, the Organised Crime Division of the Judiciary Police continued to conduct policing operations to prevent and combat crimes, in a bid to uphold the favourable public security environment of Macao. On the forenoon of 13th November 2023, a number of officers from the Organised Crime Division were dispatched to the Cotai district for a special patrol operation.
During the operation, the Judiciary Police officers intercepted two mainland women, suspected of prostitution, inside a hotel in the Cotai district, seizing prostitution paraphernalia from the hotel rooms that they were staying. Admitting to have engaged in prostitution while visiting Macao with travel documents, the duo were taken in for further investigation.
Upon conducting identification and investigation procedures on the aforementioned duo, none were found involved in other criminal offences. However, as they had engaged in activities inconsistent with their permitted purpose of visit in Macao, hence their transfer to the Border Control Department of the Public Security Police Force according to Law no. 16/2021.

Tendo em conta o grande número de turistas que visitam Macau durante o 70.º Grande Prémio de Macau, e para prevenir e combater a criminalidade, bem como manter a segurança, a Divisão de Investigação e Combate ao Banditismo da PJ, tem efectuado muitas operações policiais. Na manhã de 13 de Novembro de 2023, a divisão enviou vários investigadores para o Cotai para realizar uma operação especial de patrulhamento.
Nessa operação, o nosso pessoal deteve, num hotel do Cotai, duas mulheres do continente por envolvimento em actividade de prostituição, apreendeu ainda, no seu quarto de hotel, objectos usados na actividade. Ambas admitiram uso de documento de viagem para prostituir-se em Macau, por isso foram levadas às instalações da PJ para investigação.
Após concluídos os procedimentos de identificação e de investigação, verificou-se que as duas não estavam envolvidas em crimes, mas visto que exerciam em Macau actividades que manifestamente não correspondiam aos objectivos da autorização de permanência e foram encaminhadas ao Departamento de Controlo Fronteiriço do CPSP nos termos da Lei n.º 16/2021.
