反罪惡巡查行動——查獲兩名賣淫女子
為淨化本澳社區治安環境,本局有組織罪案調查處於2023年11月9日上午派員前往新口岸區一帶進行反罪惡巡查行動。
行動中,本局人員分別在兩間酒店查獲兩名涉嫌賣淫的內地女子及一名本澳男嫖客,並且在賣淫女子租住房間搜獲賣淫用品;兩名女子均承認來澳賣淫,每次交易收取300至500澳門元不等。
本局人員將三人帶返本局調查,經完成身份認別及調查程序後,未發現涉及刑事犯罪,故根據第16/2021號法律規定,將當中兩名內地女子移交治安警察局出入境管制廳處理。
Anti-crime patrol operation – Seizure of two female prostitutes
The Organized Crime Division of the Judiciary Police mobilised personnel to conduct an anti-crime patrol operation in the neighbourhood of ZAPE district on the morning of 9th November 2023, in a bid to enhance the public security of the community in Macao.
During the operation, the Judiciary Police personnel seized two mainland women suspected of engaging in prostitution and a local male sex service patron in two hotels respectively, coupled with seizure of prostitution-related supplies in the rooms rented by the female prostitutes. Both women admitted to coming to Macao for prostitution, charging a fee ranging from MOP300 to MOP500 for each transaction.
The three individuals were brought back to the Judiciary Police for investigation. Upon completion of identity verification and investigation procedures, no involvement of criminal offences was found. Hence, according to the stipulations of Law No. 16/2021, the two mainland women were handed over to the Border Control Department of the Public Security Police Force for handling.

Para melhorar a segurança de Macau, na manhã de 9 de Novembro de 2023, a Divisão de Combate ao Banditismo da PJ enviou pessoal para efectuar rusgas anticrime na zona do ZAPE.
Durante as acções, os nossos agentes identificaram, em dois hotéis, duas mulheres da China continental, suspeitas de praticarem actividades de prostituição e um cliente do sexo masculino de Macau, também foram encontrados nos quartos que as mulheres alugavam alguns objectos usados na actividade, todas as mulheres admitiram que vieram a Macau para prostituir-se, disseram cobrar entre 300 e 500 patacas por cada prestação.
Os três foram levados às instalações da PJ, após concluída a identificação e investigação, apurou-se que não estavam relacionadas com casos criminais, portanto, nos termos da Lei n.° 16/2021, as duas mulheres foram encaminhadas ao Departamento de Controlo Fronteiriço do CPSP.
