反罪惡巡查行動——查獲兩名外籍男子
2023年11月6日,本局透過“與酒店業界聯絡機制”接獲路氹城區一酒店舉報,指有兩名東南亞裔男子以女性打扮在酒店內向途人招嫖,懷疑涉及賣淫活動。
本局有組織罪案調查處人員跟進調查,於11月7日在上述酒店截獲該兩名菲律賓籍男子;兩人均承認來澳從事賣淫活動,其中一人供稱每次交易收取約1,000港元,另一人則承認曾向途人招嫖,但不成功。
本局經對上述兩人完成身份認別及調查程序後,未發現涉及刑事犯罪,故根據第16/2021號法律規定,將兩人移交治安警察局出入境管制廳處理。
Anti-crime patrol operation – intercepting two foreign men
On 6th November 2023, the Judiciary Police received a report from a hotel in the Cotai District via the “Liaison Mechanism with the Hotel Industry”, indicating that two cross-dressing Southeast Asian men were suspected of involving in prostitution activities by soliciting passers-by in the hotel.
Personnel of the Organised Crime Division of the Judiciary Police followed up for investigation, with the two Filipinos intercepted in the abovementioned hotel on November 7th. Both of them admitted that they had come to Macao to engage in prostitution activities. One of them stated that approximately HKD1,000 would be charged for each deal while the other one confessed to have solicited passers-by but in vain.
Having completed the identity verification and the investigation procedures on the duo, the Judiciary Police did not find any involvement of criminal offence. As such, they were transferred to the Border Control Department of the Public Security Police Force for handling according to the stipulation of Law No.16/2021.
Operação anticrime – Detidos dois estrangeiros
Em 6 de Novembro de 2023, a PJ recebeu a denúncia de um hotel no Cotai, através do “Mecanismo de comunicação com o sector hoteleiro”, alegando que dois homens do Sudeste Asiático se faziam passar por mulheres junto de transeuntes no hotel, suspeitando assim que estariam envolvidos em actividades de prostituição.
O pessoal da Divisão de Investigação e Combate ao Banditismo da PJ começou a investigação, conseguiu interceptar, em 7 de Novembro, os dois suspeitos, de nacionalidade filipina, naquele hotel. Ambos confessaram ter vindo a Macau para se prostituírem, um deles disse que recebia cerca de 1.000 HKD por cada prestação e o outro admitiu ter abordado alguns transeuntes mas sem sucesso.
Após concluídos os procedimentos de identificação e de investigação, verificou-se que os dois não estavam envolvidos em crimes e foram encaminhados ao Departamento de Controlo Fronteiriço do CPSP nos termos da Lei n.º 16/2021.
