一男子涉相當巨額詐騙被拘
本局於2022年7月接獲一名本澳男子檢舉,指被人藉網戀詐騙。其於2021年透過網上聊天軟件認識一名女子,並發展成網絡情侶關係。交往期間,該名女子多次以各種藉口誘使被害人向其提供的銀行及網上支付平台帳號轉帳合共約35萬澳門元,但二人從未見過面,最終更失去聯絡,男子懷疑被騙故報警求助。
本局資訊罪案調查處人員經調查,鎖定一名涉案本澳男子,於2023年9月5日在大堂區將其拘捕;其承認犯案,假扮女性在網上社交平台物色男用戶,長期詐騙他人款項作為生活費用,已將款項全數用於日常開支。此外,本局亦查知另有五名男子被涉案男子以相同手法詐騙,六人損失合共約767,000澳門元。
本局以詐騙(相當巨額,以詐騙為生)罪將涉案人移送檢察院偵辦。
Man nabbed for fraud of considerably huge amount
The Judiciary Police received a complaint from a local man in July 2022, stating that he had been defrauded by means of online romance. He had got acquainted with a woman via an online chatting app in 2021 and developed online romance with her. During the relationship, the woman induced the victim to transfer a total of approximately MOP 350,000 to the bank and online payment platform accounts provided by her on multiple occasions with various excuses, but had never met the victim in person, and eventually went out of reach. The man suspected that he had been defrauded and thus reported to the police.
After investigation, personnel of the I. T. Crimes Division of the Judiciary Police targeted an involved local man and arrested him in the Sé district on 5th September 2023. He admitted to committing the crime by impersonating a woman and hunted for male users on online social platforms, defrauding others of money for a living over a long period of time, and the amount had all been spent on daily expenses. It was also found that 5 other men had been defrauded by the involved man with the same trick, incurring a total loss of approximately MOP 767,000 to the 6 persons.
The Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of fraud (considerably huge amount, committing fraud for a living).

Em Julho de 2022, a PJ recebeu uma denúncia de um homem de Macau, dizendo que foi burlado através de namoro online. Em 2021, conheceu uma mulher através de um software de comunicação online desenvolvendo-se como namorados virtuais. Durante o namoro, a mulher convenceu-o, várias vezes e com diversos pretextos, a transferir dinheiro, num total de cerca de 350.000 patacas, para contas bancárias e contas em plataformas de pagamento online fornecidas por ela, mas os dois nunca se encontraram e no fim a mulher desapareceu. O homem percebeu ter sido burlado e fez queixa à polícia.
Na investigação, o pessoal da Divisão de Investigação de Crimes Informáticos identificou um homem de Macau, deteve-o na zona da Sé em 5 de Setembro de 2023. Este admitiu o crime, disse que fazia-se passar por mulher nas redes sociais para procurar homens, praticou burlas por muito tempo e esse dinheiro servia-lhe nas despesas quotidianas. Apurou-se ainda que houve outro cinco homens que foram burlados pelo detido com o mesmo modus operandi, as seis vítimas sofreram um prejuízo total de 767.000 patacas.
O homem foi presente ao Ministério Público por burla (valor consideravelmente elevado e por fazer da burla modo de vida).
