本澳女子涉相當巨額詐騙及偽造銀行匯款單被拘
本局經濟罪案調查處就日前偵破的一宗偽造銀行匯款單案件作跟進調查,再查獲一名涉案本澳女子身份。案情顯示,涉案本澳女子聯同一名男子及一名女出納員,以七張偽造銀行匯款單將一醫療機構戶口內多筆款項轉帳至外地多個銀行戶口,導致醫療機構損失約二百萬澳門元。
據查,該醫療機構從未作出相關匯款,匯款單上的簽名均為偽造,該名女出納員已於8月30日就逮並移送檢察院偵辦。
8月31日,本局在治安警察局協助下截獲涉案本澳女子,其承認從涉案女出納員手上取得醫療機構印章後,以仿冒簽名的方式偽造了七張匯款單,並向銀行提交以進行詐騙。本局人員於調查期間發現三名涉案男女均被詐騙集團利用犯案, 已就此另立案卷調查。
本局以詐騙(相當巨額)及偽造具特別價值之文件罪將涉案本澳女子送交檢察院偵辦。
Local woman apprehended for fraud of considerably huge amount and forgery of bank remittance slips
While conducting follow-up investigation on a case of forgery of bank remittance slips cracked a few days ago, the Economic Crimes Division of the Judiciary Police further identified an involved local woman. Case details revealed that the involved woman, together with a man and a female cashier, had transferred multiple sums of money from a medical institution’s bank account to various overseas bank accounts with 7 forged bank remittance slips, incurring a loss of approximately MOP2,000,000 to the medical institution.
Upon investigation, it was found that the medical institution had never made the involved remittances. All the signatures on the remittance slips were forged and the female cashier had already been arrested on August 30th and transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office.
On August 31st, the Judiciary Police intercepted the involved local woman under the assistance of the Public Security Police Force. She admitted to have forged 7 remittance slips with fake signatures after obtaining the stamp of the medical institution from the female cashier, which were subsequently submitted to the bank to conduct fraud. During the course of the investigation, the personnel of the Judiciary Police found that the 3 involved persons had all been exploited by fraud syndicate to commit the crime and thereby established another case file for investigation.
The Judiciary Police transferred the involved local woman to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of fraud (considerably huge amount) and forgery of document of special value.
Detida uma mulher de Macau por burla de valor consideravelmente elevado e falsificação de guias de remessa bancária
No seguimento da investigação de um caso resolvido anteriormente, a Divisão de Investigação de Crimes Económicos conseguiu identificar uma outra mulher de Macau. Conforme as informações, a mulher de Macau envolvida, juntamente com um homem e uma tesoureira, transferiu vários montantes da conta de uma instituição médica para diversas contas bancárias no exterior, através de sete guias de remessa falsificadas, causando assim um prejuízo de cerca de dois milhões de patacas à instituição médica.
Na investigação, apurou-se que a instituição médica nunca efectuou as respectivas remessas, sendo as assinaturas nas guias de remessa todas falsas, a tesoureira em causa foi detida e presente ao Ministério Público em 30 de Agosto.
No dia 31 de Agosto, com a colaboração do CPSP, detivemos a mulher suspeita, esta admitiu que após obtido o carimbo da instituição médica da tesoureira em causa, falsificou sete guias de remessa com assinaturas falsas entregando-as ao banco para praticar a burla. Na investigação, o nosso pessoal verificou que os três indivíduos envolvidos no caso eram utilizados por uma rede criminosa de burla para cometer o crime, quanto a isto, foi instaurado um outro processo para investigar.
A mulher de Macau foi presente ao Ministério Público por burla (valor consideravelmente elevado) e falsificação de documento de especial valor.
