本局拘捕一協助偷渡犯罪集團主腦
本局於2023年3月至8月期間,先後偵破四宗涉及協助偷渡犯罪的案件,合共拘捕11名集團成員及截獲八名非法入境者,涉案偷渡費用不少於38萬元人民幣。本局特別調查處持續偵查相關案件,確定另一名內地男子為該案幕後主腦。
案情顯示,該男子涉及於內地及本澳組織、招攬及策劃協助偷渡,收取每名偷渡者三萬至七萬元人民幣不等的費用,而每名參與的集團成員可獲約三千元人民幣報酬。本局人員查悉該男子於8月29日入境本澳,隨即展開部署,於8月30日涉案男子離境時將其抓獲。
本局以犯罪集團罪、協助非法入境及非法逗留罪將涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Criminal syndicate mastermind assisting in illegal immigration nabbed
During March to August 2023, the Judiciary Police busted 4 cases involving assistance in illegal immigration in succession, nabbing 11 syndicate members and intercepting 8 illegal immigrants in total. The involved smuggling fees were no less than RMB380,000. Special Investigation Division of the Judiciary Police continued to investigate the relevant cases, and another mainland man was confirmed to be the mastermind of the cases.
Case details revealed that, the man was involved in organising, soliciting and planning for assistance in smuggling in the mainland and Macao, obtaining fees ranging from RMB30,000 to RMB70,000 from each illegal immigrant respectively. Each participating syndicate member would receive a reward of approximately RMB3,000. Personnel of the Judiciary Police learnt from investigation that the man had entered Macao on August 29th, and deployment was mounted immediately. On August 30th, the involved man was caught as he was departing the territory.
The Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of criminal syndicate, assisting in illegal immigration and illegal staying.
Detido o cabecilha de uma rede de auxílio à imigração ilegal
Entre Março e Agosto de 2023, a PJ resolveu quatro casos de auxílio à imigração ilegal, durante as operações foram detidos 11 elementos da rede e interceptados oito imigrantes ilegais, o montante envolvido nessas operações de imigração ilegal é superior a 380.000 RMB. A Divisão de Investigação Especial continuou com a investigação e identificou o cabecilha da rede, que é um homem do continente.
Conforme os pormenores do caso, o suspeito está envolvido em actividades de organização, angariação e planeamento para auxílio à imigração ilegal na China continental e em Macau. A cada imigrante ilegal era cobrado um valor entre os 30.000 e 70.000 RMB e cada elemento da rede participante podia receber cerca de 3.000 RMB como remuneração. Os nossos agentes verificaram que o homem entrou em Macau no dia 29 de Agosto e entraram em acção. O suspeito acabou por ser detido no dia 30 de Agosto ao sair do território.
O detido foi presente ao Ministério Público pelos crimes de associação criminosa, auxílio à imigração ilegal e permanência ilegal.
