搗破假籌碼集團 拘兩內地漢
2023年8月21日,本局接獲一娛樂場通知,指場內發現10個面值一萬港元的偽造籌碼,經追查後再發現多個同類型偽造籌碼,並將兩名行使上述籌碼的內地男子交本局跟進處理。
本局博彩罪案調查處人員在兩名涉案男子身上搜獲182個面值一萬港元的假籌碼,其中一人聲稱以數十萬元人民幣在內地認購100多個面值一萬港元籌碼,並於來澳後從相關人士處取得籌碼賭博。本局人員根據線索,發現尚有多人以分組方式在娛樂場行使假籌碼,前後共騙取場方493萬港元,得手後隨即經關閘口岸逃離本澳,離澳前把相關籌碼丟棄,本局人員在澳門垃圾焚化中心尋回114個面值一萬港元籌碼,當中112個為假籌碼。調查期間,有10名賭客報稱收到共17個同款假籌碼。案中檢獲的假籌碼合共804個。
本局以犯罪集團罪、詐騙(相當巨額)罪將兩名涉案內地男子移送檢察院偵辦,並追查其他涉案人下落。
Smashing syndicate of counterfeit casino chips with two mainland men arrested
On 21st August 2023, the Judiciary Police was notified by a casino that 10 counterfeit chips of HKD 10,000 face value had been found in the casino, and more of the same type were found after tracking. The two mainland men using the aforementioned chips were transferred to the Judiciary Police for follow-up.
Personnel of the Gaming-related Crimes Division of the Judiciary Police found 182 counterfeit chips of HKD 10,000 face value from the two involved men. One of them claimed that he had subscribed for over one hundred chips of HKD 10,000 face value with several hundred thousand RMB in the mainland, then collected the chips from relevant persons for gambling after coming to Macao. Following the clues, personnel of the Judiciary Police found that more people were using the counterfeit chips in different teams in the casino, defrauding the casino out of a total of HKD 4.93 million in the whole course. They fled Macao via the Border Gate checkpoint immediately after succeeding in the perpetration and disposed the chips before departing Macao. Personnel of the Judiciary Police retrieved 114 chips of HKD 10,000 face value at the Macao Solid Waste Incineration Plant, among which 112 were counterfeit. During the investigation, 10 gamblers reported that they had received 17 counterfeit chips of the same type. A total of 804 counterfeit chips were seized in the case.
The Judiciary Police transferred the two involved mainland men to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of criminal syndicate and fraud (considerably huge amount), while pursuing the whereabouts of the other involved persons.

No dia 21 de Agosto de 2023, recebemos a queixa de um casino na qual se dizia que tinham sido encontradas 10 fichas de jogo falsas com valor facial de 10.000 HK$, mais tarde foram encontradas outras fichas do mesmo género, ao mesmo tempo foram entregues à PJ dois homens da RPC suspeitos de terem usado aquelas fichas.
Os investigadores da Divisão de Investigação de Crimes Relacionados com o Jogo encontraram na posse dos dois suspeitos 182 fichas falsas com o mesmo valor facial, um deles disse que tinha adquirido, na China continental, mais de 100 fichas de 10.000 HK$ pagando-as algumas centenas de milhares de RMB, e obteve, em Macau, de um indivíduo, as fichas para jogar. O nosso pessoal, de acordo com as informações, descobriu que havia mais pessoas, divididas em grupos, a usar as fichas falsas no casino, que foi burlado, em várias ocasiões, num valor de 4.930.000 HK$, estas pessoas fugiram de Macau através do Posto Fronteiriço das Portas do Cerco depois de actuar. Antes de deixar Macau, deitaram as respectivas fichas e o nosso pessoal as recuperou, na Central de Incineração de Resíduos Sólidos de Macau, 114 fichas de jogo todas com valor facial de 10.000 HK$, entre as quais 112 eram falsas. Na investigação, 10 jogadores disseram que tinham recebido, num total, 17 fichas do mesmo tipo. O número total das fichas falsas apreendidas neste caso foi de 804.
Os dois detidos foram presentes ao MP acusados de associação criminosa e de burla (valor consideravelmente elevado), no entanto a PJ continua à procura do paradeiro de outros eventuais envolvidos.
