三名本澳女子涉相當巨額詐騙被捕
2023年4月,本局接獲一名本澳女子報案,稱於2022年年中被三名本澳女子以投資地皮及協助籌集擔保金為名詐騙逾443萬澳門元。
本局經濟罪案調查處人員調查後鎖定三名涉案女子,於2023年8月8日將三人緝獲,查悉其中一人於2021年透過朋友認識一名女子,及後該名女子聲稱在內地因觸犯法律被拘留,要求該名涉案女子籌集擔保金,並承諾若事成則給予借款額雙倍利潤,另贈予一個價值1,500萬澳門元的單位;該涉案女子將籌集擔保金一事告知其餘兩名涉案女子,三人集資840萬澳門元交予該名女子,但事後獲悉還需籌集更多款項,否則擔保金會被沒收,遂以投資地皮及協助籌集擔保金為由,向至少五名女事主詐騙32萬至443萬澳門元不等款項,損失金額合共712萬澳門元。
本局以詐騙(相當巨額)罪將三名涉案女子移送檢察院偵辦,並追查其他涉案人。
Three local women arrested for fraud of considerably huge amount
In April 2023, the Judiciary Police received a report from a local woman, claiming that she had been defrauded of more than MOP4.43 million in mid-2022 by three local women on the pretext of investment in land plots and assistance in raising guarantee funds.
The Economic Crimes Division personnel of the Judiciary Police identified three involved women subsequent to investigation, and arrested the three individuals on 8th August 2023. It was found that one of them had become acquainted with a woman through a friend in 2021. Later, the woman claimed that she had been detained in mainland due to violation of the law, requesting the involved woman to raise guarantee funds for her, while promising an ensuing profit double the borrowed amount, coupled with a flat worth MOP15 million; The involved woman informed the other two involved women about the raising of guarantee funds. The three individuals raised MOP8.4 million and handed it over to the woman, yet were subsequently informed that more money had to be raised or the guarantee funds would be forfeited. As such, they defrauded at least five female victims of amounts ranging from MOP320,000 to MOP4.43 million on the pretext of investment in land plots and assistance in raising guarantee funds, incurring a total loss of MOP7.12 million
The Judiciary Police transferred the three involved women to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of fraud (considerably huge amount), while pursuing the other involved individuals.
Detidas três mulheres de Macau por burla de valor consideravelmente elevado
Em Abril de 2023, a PJ recebeu a denúncia de uma mulher de Macau, dizendo que foi burlada em mais de 4,43 milhões de patacas por três mulheres locais em meados de 2022, a pretexto de um investimento num terreno e ajuda na angariação da caução.
Na investigação, o pessoal da Divisão de Investigação de Crimes Económicos identificou as três suspeitas que foram detidas em 8 de Agosto de 2023. Apurou-se que uma delas conheceu uma mulher, em 2021, através de um amigo, mais tarde esta mulher disse que estava detida na China continental por violação da lei e pediu a mulher envolvida para angariar uma caução, prometendo que iria dar-lhe um lucro avaliado em dobro do valor do empréstimo, além disso, um apartamento avaliado em 15 milhões de patacas. A mulher contou às outras duas a história da caução, as três angariaram, no total, 8,4 milhões de patacas que foram entregues àquela mulher. No entanto, foram informadas depois que era necessário angariar mais dinheiro, se não, a caução iria ser confiscada. Em consequência, a pretexto de investimento num terreno e ajuda na angariação da caução, burlaram pelo menos 5 vítimas do sexo feminino em 320.000 a 4,43 milhões de patacas, o prejuízo total sofrido foi de 7,12 milhões de patacas.
As três mulheres detidas foram presentes ao Ministério Público por burla (valor consideravelmente elevado), a PJ está à procura de outros indivíduos envolvidos.
