三名坦桑尼亞籍男女涉販吸毒被拘
本局毒品罪案調查處早前接獲情報,得悉有非洲裔人士調製可卡因並售予本澳居民,經調查後掌握三名涉案坦桑尼亞籍男女的外貌特徵及住址。
2023年7月19日晚上,毒品罪案調查處人員在三人住所附近將之截獲,在其中一名男子身上及三人住所搜出俗稱“熟可卡因”1.05克、“生可卡因”8.38克、調製及分拆毒品工具、電子磅,以及折合約六萬澳門元懷疑毒資。全部毒品約值十萬澳門元。
三名涉案男女承認向一名非洲裔男子購買“生可卡因”,再自行加工稀釋為“熟可卡因”並出售。本局依法對三人進行尿液檢測,證實兩名涉案男子對毒品呈陽性反應。本局分別以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪、不法吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪將三名涉案男女移送檢察院偵辦,並繼續追查毒品來源及其他涉案人。
Three Tanzanians involved in drug trafficking and consumption under arrest
The Narcotics Division of the Judiciary Police received intelligence some time ago, indicating that individuals of African descent had been concocting cocaine for sale to local residents. Subsequent to investigation, the facial features and residence of the three involved Tanzanians were identified.
On the night of 19th July 2023, the Narcotics Division personnel intercepted the three individuals in the vicinity of their residence, with seizure of 1.05 grams of commonly-known “cooked cocaine”, 8.38 grams of “raw cocaine”, drug concocting and packaging tools, an electronic scale and suspected drug proceeds equivalent to approximately MOP60,000 from one of the men and in the residence of the three individuals. All the drugs were valued at approximately MOP100,000.
The three involved individuals admitted that they had purchased “raw cocaine” from a man of African descent, subsequently processed and diluted it into “cooked cocaine” on their own for sale. Urine tests were conducted by the Judiciary Police on the three individuals in accordance with the law, the results of which confirmed that two involved men tested positive to drugs. The Judiciary Police transferred the three involved individuals to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, and illegal consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, while continuing to pursue the origin of the drugs and other involved individuals.
Detidos dois homens e uma mulher de nacionalidade tanzaniana por tráfico e consumo de droga
A Divisão de Investigação e Combate ao Tráfico de Estupefacientes recebeu informações que indicavam que indivíduos de origem africana iriam vender cocaína a residentes locais após a preparação deste tipo de droga. Na investigação, conseguiu-se identificar as características físicas e a residência de três indivíduos de nacionalidade tanzaniana.
Na noite de 19 de Julho de 2023, os três indivíduos foram detidos perto da sua residência. Na posse de um dos homens e na residência dos três indivíduos, foram encontrados 1,05 gramas de “cocaína cozida”, 8,38 gramas de “cocaína crua”, os utensílios para preparação e divisão da droga, uma balança electrónica e cerca de 60.000 patacas, dinheiro supostamente proveniente do tráfico de droga. O valor total da droga aprendida é de cerca de 100.000 patacas.
Os três indivíduos admitiram ter comprado a “cocaína crua” a um homem de origem africana, após a preparação e diluição, procederam à venda da “cocaína cozida”. A PJ fez o exame da urina aos três detidos de acordo com a lei, e o resultado do test aos dois homens resultou positivo. Os três detidos foram presentes ao Ministério Público acusados de tráfico e consumo ilícito de estupefacientes e substâncias psicotrópicas. A PJ continua a investigar a origem da droga e procura outros eventuais envolvidos.
