一名香港男子涉相當巨額詐騙就逮
本局曾於2023年3月偵破一宗電話詐騙案,案中兩名本澳女事主先後收到自稱“女婿”的來電,聲稱因私人糾紛須向他人作出賠償,兩人信以為真,先後將16萬港元及13萬澳門元交予一名男子,其後發現被騙;本局於3月16日拘捕該名負責收取騙款的香港男子。
及後,本局繼續追緝其他涉案人,至7月12日傍晚,成功在外港碼頭拘捕另一名香港男子,以詐騙(相當巨額)罪及犯罪集團罪將其移送檢察院偵辧,並繼續追查其他在逃涉案人及騙款去向。
Hong Kong man arrested for fraud of considerably huge amount
In March 2023, the Judiciary Police cracked a case of telephone fraud. In the case, two Macao female victims had successively received phone calls from a self-claimed “son-in-law”, stating that he had to compensate others due to private disputes. Believing it to be true, the two successively handed HKD160,000 and MOP130,000 to a man. Subsequently, they realised the fraud. On March 16th, the Judiciary Police arrested the Hong Kong man responsible for collecting the fraudulent money.
Afterwards, the Judiciary Police continued to track down other involved persons. Until the evening of July 12th, another Hong Kong man was successfully arrested at the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, who was transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of fraud (considerably huge amount) and criminal syndicate, while other involved fugitives and whereabouts of fraudulent funds were continuously pursued.

Em Março de 2023, foi resolvido um caso de burla telefónica, na qual duas vítimas do sexo feminino, de Macau, receberam uma chamada telefónica de um burlão que dizia ser o “genro” e lhes disse que, por estar envolvido num conflito pessoal e ter de indemnizar alguém, precisava de dinheiro. As duas mulheres acreditaram nele e uma entregou-lhe 160.000 HKD e, a outra, 130.000 patacas a um homem, e só, mais tarde, é que descobriram terem sido vítimas daquele desconhecido. No dia 16 de Março, foi então detido o homem de Hong Kong responsável por receber o dinheiro burlado.
Posteriormente, a PJ continuou a procurar outros envolvidos. Na noite de 12 de Julho, foi detido um outro homem de Hong Kong no Terminal Marítimo do Porto Exterior, este foi presente ao Ministério Público por crimes de burla (valor consideravelmente elevado) e associação criminosa. A PJ continua a investigar outros envolvidos e o paradeiro do dinheiro burlado.
