粵澳警方合破協助偷渡集團 拘四人
本局與廣東警方就一宗協助偷渡案進行聯合調查,特別調查處人員查悉該犯罪集團計劃於2023年7月4日作案,隨即通報澳門海關進行聯合部署。
2023年7月4日中午,本局人員發現兩名集團成員駕車前往內港附近,稍後一艘漁船在六號碼頭附近靠岸,一名非法入境者離開船隻並登上車輛準備離開,本局人員與海關關員同步採取海陸拘捕行動,本局人員截獲上述兩名集團成員及非法入境者,又在路氹城區一酒店截獲另一名集團成員,海關關員則在海上截獲涉案船隻及駕船男子。
調查發現,涉案犯罪集團收取每名非法入境者六萬元人民幣偷渡費,安排乘坐漁船從珠海偷渡來澳,再經在澳集團成員接載至路氹城區的酒店房間匿藏。本局以犯罪集團罪、協助非法出入境及非法逗留罪將四名涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Four persons arrested in the joint crackdown of an illegal immigration syndicate by the police of Guangdong and Macao
Conducting joint investigation into a case of assisted illegal immigration with the police of Guangdong, the Special Investigation Division officers of the Judiciary Police learnt that the criminal syndicate had planned to perpetrate on 4th July 2023, promptly notifying Macao Customs Service for joint deployment.
At noon of 4th July 2023, the Judiciary Police found that two syndicate members were driving to the proximity of Inner Harbour, where a fishing boat docked near Port no. 6 shortly after, when an illegal immigrant disembarked the boat and got on the vehicle, ready to leave the scene. The Judiciary Police and Macao Customs Service officers synchronized land-sea operations, in which the former intercepted the two said syndicate members and illegal immigrant, in addition to another syndicate member in a hotel in Cotai, while the latter intercepted the involved boat and the helmsman.
Investigation revealed that the involved criminal syndicate had collected smuggling fees of RMB 60,000 from each of the illegal immigrants, for whom they arranged smuggling in a fishing boat from Zhuhai to Macao, henceforth being transported by syndicate members in Macao to go into hiding in a hotel room in Cotai. The Judiciary Police transferred the four involved men to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charges of criminal syndicate, assisting in illegal entry and exit and illegal staying.
Desmantelada uma rede de auxílio à imigração ilegal numa cooperação entre as autoridades de Guangdong e Macau e detidas quatro pessoas
A PJ teve a cooperação das polícias de Guangdong na investigação de um caso de auxílio à imigração ilegal, tendo realizando uma operação conjunta com os Serviços de Alfândega de Macau. O pessoal da Divisão de Investigação Especial recebeu informação de que um grupo criminoso planeava pôs em prática actos de auxílio à imigração ilegal em 4 de Julho de 2023, pelo que, de imediato comunicou esse facto aos S.A. para iniciar uma operação conjunta.
Na tarde daquele dia 4 de Julho, o nosso pessoal vigiava o carro dos dois membros daquele grupo criminoso e apercebeu-se que o mesmo se dirigia em direcção às proximidades do Porto Interior. Posteriormente, uma lancha atracou nas proximidades da Ponte-cais nº 6, tendo um imigrante ilegal deixado a lancha e entrado num veículo para sair do local. O nosso pessoal e o dos S.A. realizaram simultaneamente acções de detenção terrestres e marítimas, em que o pessoal da PJ conseguiu interceptar dois membros do grupo criminoso e um imigrante ilegal e, em seguida, interceptou um outro membro do grupo num hotel do COTAI e o pessoal dos S.A. interceptou a respectiva lancha e o indivíduo que a conduzia.
Na investigação apurou-se que, o grupo criminoso cobrava 60 mil RMB por cada imigrante ilegal que transportava de Zhuhai para Macau numa lancha, e pela organização dos membros do grupo de Macau para esconder esses ilegais num quarto de hotel do Cotai. Os quatro suspeitos foram presentes ao MP acusados por crimes de associação criminosa e auxílio à imigração ilegal.
