本澳女子涉相當巨額詐騙及簽發空頭支票被拘
2021年7月中,本局接獲一名本澳女子報案,指自2018年開始透過通訊軟件向涉案本澳女子購買海味,每次購貨金額約30萬至50萬港元不等,起初都能依時收貨,及後聽信涉案女子可以優惠價購買大批海味和兌換人民幣,便於2020年10月至2021年5月期間合共轉帳285.32萬澳門元,但一直無法收取貨品和款項,經多次追討亦無果,故報警求助。
本局調查期間再接獲另一名本澳女子報案,指於2020年4月透過網絡社交平台認識上述涉案女子,起初成功以優惠匯率向其兌換人民幣,但於2021年6月至7月期間所轉帳的42.2萬澳門元卻未能成功兌換,經追討後涉案女子簽發一張42萬澳門元的支票以作還款,女事主持票到銀行卻發現無法兌現,最終報警求助。
本局查明涉案女子的犯罪事實,於9月2日傳召其接受調查,以詐騙(相當巨額)罪和簽發空頭支票罪將其移送檢察院偵辦。
Macao woman arrested for fraud of considerably huge amount and issuing rubber cheque
In mid-July 2021, a local woman reported to the Judiciary Police that, since 2018, she had been buying dried seafood from the involved Macao woman through messaging apps, and the amount of each purchase varied from HKD300,000 to 500,000 approximately. At first, the goods could be collected on schedule. Subsequently, having heard and believed that the involved woman could purchase a large amount of dried seafood and exchange for RMB at preferential rates, a total of MOP2.8532 million was thus transferred during the period of October 2020 to May 2021. However, no goods and money had been received all along. After repeatedly pursuing the matter to no avail, it was reported to the police for assistance.
During the investigation, the Judiciary Police received another report from another local woman, who allegedly became acquainted with the abovementioned involved woman through online social platforms in April 2020, and had successfully exchanged with her for RMB at a preferential rate in the beginning. However, the transfer of MOP422,000 between June and July 2021 could not be exchanged successfully. Having been pursued, the involved woman issued a cheque for MOP420,000 for the repayment. The female victim brought the cheque to a bank but found that it could not honoured. It was eventually reported to the police for assistance.
The Judiciary Police ascertained the criminality of the involved woman, who was summoned for investigation on September 2nd. She was transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of fraud (considerably huge amount) and issuing dishonoured cheque.
Detida uma mulher de Macau por burla de valor elevado e emissão de cheque sem provisão
Em meado de Julho de 2021, a PJ recebeu uma queixa de uma mulher local dizendo que desde 2018, através de uma aplicação de telemóvel, comprava marisco seco de uma mulher local, cada transacção em valores entre 300.000 e 500.000 HK$ e no início tinha conseguido receber todo o produto encomendado. Mais tarde, convenceram-na que podia comprar uma grande quantidade de marisco seco e trocar RMB a preços convenientes, a vítima transferiu assim para a outra mulher, entre Outubro de 2020 e Maio de 2021, um total de e 2,853 milhões de patacas mas nunca recebeu os produtos e o dinheiro. Depois de ter pedido várias vezes mas em vão, fez queixa.
Durante a investigação, a PJ recebeu outra queixa de uma mulher também local indicando que a partir de Abril de 2020 conheceu a mulher em causa numa rede social, com esta, no início, conseguia trocar RMB a preços convenientes. Contudo, durante o período entre Junho e Julho de 2021, transferiu um total de 422.000 patacas mas não recebeu nenhum RMB. Depois de muitas solicitações, a vítima recebeu um cheque de 420.000 patacas como devolução do dinheiro, tentou sacá-lo no banco mas não conseguiu e acabou por denunciar o facto.
Após verificação dos factos criminais, a PJ convocou a suspeita em 2 de Setembro para investigação e esta foi presente ao MP por burla (de valor consideravelmente elevado) e emissão de cheque sem provisão.
