偵破賣淫活動 拘一名內地男子
本局早前接獲檢察院要求調查一宗操縱賣淫案,經調查掌握一名涉嫌曾來澳賣淫的內地未成年少女身份。
2021年7月17日,本局發現上述少女與一名涉案內地男子及一名內地女子一同來澳,三人前往路氹城區某酒店入住涉案男子登記的酒店房間,而兩名女子隨後兩天均於酒店附近招嫖及進行性交易。本局人員於7月20日採取行動,在涉案男子租住房間將三人截獲,並搜出123個避孕套、307張招嫖卡片、約數千元的港幣及人民幣現金。
據查,案件不涉及販賣人口犯罪,兩名涉案女子均承認自願來澳賣淫,每次收取客人1,200至1,500港元肉金,共得10,500港元和1,800元人民幣,並將其中3,000港元分給涉案男子。本局對涉案內地男子控以作未成年人之淫媒罪及淫媒罪,並連同上述兩名內地女子一併移送檢察院處理。
A mainland Chinese man arrested in the crackdown of prostitution activity
The Judiciary Police was demanded by the Public Prosecutions Office earlier to conduct investigation into a case of manipulation of prostitution. Upon investigation, an underage girl from mainland China who had suspectedly engaged in prostitution in Macao was identified.
The Judiciary Police found that the aforementioned girl had entered Macao with an involved man and a woman, both from mainland China, on 17th July 2021. The trio stayed at a room of a hotel in Cotai registered with the involved man’s name. During the next two days, both women engaged in soliciting and sex trade near the hotel. The Judiciary Police took action on July 20th, intercepting the trio in the involved man’s hotel room, while seizing 123 condoms, 307 calling cards used for soliciting and around several thousand Hong Kong Dollars and Chinese Yuan in cash.
Investigation revealed that no human trafficking was involved. The two involved women admitted to have engaged in prostitution in Macao voluntarily for a reward of HKD 1,200 to 1,500 from their customers each time. Of the HKD 10,500 and RMB 1,800 they had earned accumulatively, HKD 3,000 was shared with the involved man. The Judiciary Police transferred the involved mainland Chinese man to the Public Prosecutions Office, alongside the two aforesaid mainland Chinese women, for the charges of procuring with minors and procuring.
Resolvido caso de prostituição e detido um homem da China continental
A PJ, a pedido do Ministério Público, iniciou a investigação de um caso de exploração da prostituição, conseguiu identificar uma menor da China continental suspeita de ter vindo a Macau para prostituir-se.
No dia 17 de Julho de 2021, descobrimos que a menor veio a Macau com um homem, suspeito deste caso, e uma mulher, ambos da China continental, os três foram a um hotel do Cotai ficando alojados num quarto registado em nome do homem, as duas mulheres, nos dois dias seguintes, passearam nas proximidades do hotel para angariar clientes. O nosso pessoal entrou em acção no dia 20 de Julho, interceptou os três no quarto referido, encontrando 123 perservativos, 307 cartões com publicidade e alguns milhares de HKD e RMB em dinheiro.
Conforme a investigação, o caso não envolve o crime de tráfico de pessoas, as duas mulheres confessaram que vieram a Macau para prostituírem-se voluntariamente, cobravam aos clientes 1.200 a 1.500 HKD por cada serviço prestado, tendo conseguido um total de 10.500 HKD e 1.800 RMB e disseram ter dado 3.000 HKD deste dinheiro ao suspeito, que foi acusado de lenocínio de menor e de lenocínio, presente ao Ministério Público juntamente com as duas mulheres.
