本局與內地警方及澳門海關聯手打擊偷渡集團 拘捕兩名內地男子
本局與內地警方交流情報,得悉有犯罪集團協助他人偷渡進出本澳,經調查後掌握有關團伙的運作模式,並透過“反偷渡工作聯防機制”與內地警方及澳門海關進行聯合部署。
2021年7月5日凌晨,本局與澳門海關採取聯合行動,本局人員於西灣湖景大馬路附近岸邊截獲一名剛登岸的非法入境內地男子,海關則於附近海域追截涉案快艇,成功截獲涉案船隻及一名駕駛快艇的內地男子;內地警方同步採取行動,拘捕兩名偷渡集團成員。
據查,上述偷渡集團以“包船”方式偷渡進入本澳,收取5.5萬元人民幣偷渡費,行動中截獲的非法入境男子涉嫌非法再入境。
本局分別以犯罪集團罪及協助罪將上述駕艇男子連同上述非法入境男子一併移送檢察院偵辦。
Two mainland Chinese men arrested in the combat against illegal migration syndicate jointly launched with the mainland Chinese police and Macao Customs Service
Exchanging intelligence with the mainland Chinese police, the Judiciary Police learnt of a criminal syndicate facilitating illegal migration in and out of Macao. Upon investigation, the pattern of operation of the syndicate was ascertained, hence the joint deployment with the mainland Chinese police and Macao Customs Service via the “anti-illegal migration joint prevention mechanism”.
The Judiciary Police and Macao Customs Service jointly took action in the early hours of 5th July 2021; the Judiciary Police intercepted an illegally arriving mainland Chinese man who had just gone ashore at the coast near Avenida Panorámica do Lago Sai Van, while Macao Customs Service managed to intercept an involved speedboat and the mainland Chinese man piloting the boat during the pursuit in nearby waters. The mainland Chinese police took action simultaneously, arresting two members of the illegal migration syndicate.
Investigation revealed that the said illegal migration syndicate had smuggled people in and out of Macao with “charter boats” for a smuggling fee of RMB 55,000. The illegally arriving man intercepted in the operation was suspected of illegal re-entry.
The Judiciary Police transferred the abovementioned speedboat helmsman and the illegally arriving man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charges of criminal syndicate and assisting respectively.
Detidos 2 indivíduos do continente durante uma operação de combate à imigração ilegal em colaboração com a Polícia do continente e os Serviços de Alfândega de Macau
A Polícia Judiciária obteve informações da Polícia do continente sobre uma rede criminosa que estaria a prestar serviços de entrada e saída clandestina a Macau. Na investigação foi identificado o modus-operandi daquela rede e por meio do “Mecanismo de prevenção conjunta no combate à imigração ilegal”, foi preparada uma operação conjunta com a Polícia do continente e os Serviços de Alfândega de Macau (SA).
Na madrugada de 5 de Julho de 2021, a PJ e os SA entraram em acção, durante a qual os nossos agentes interceptaram, na costa das proximidades da Avenida Panorâmica do Lago Sai Van, um homem do continente que tinha acabado de desembarcar, ao mesmo tempo o pessoal dos SA perseguiu e interceptou no mar próximo o bote suspeito e o seu condutor também oriundo da China continental. Quanto à acção desencadeada pela Polícia da China continental, foram detidos dois elementos daquela rede criminosa.
Apurou-se que a rede de auxílio à imigração ilegal estava a transportar pessoas a entrar, clandestinamente, em Macau com “botes reservados”, cobrando a cada imigrante ilegal 55.000 RMB. Verificou-se ainda que o homem detido durante a operação estava proibido de entrar em Macau.
O condutor do bote foi acusado dos crimes de associação criminosa e auxílio, e foi presente ao MP com o homem que reentrou ilegalmente em Macau.
