堵截非法偷渡活動 拘兩名越南犯罪集團成員
因應鄰近地區疫情反覆,為防止有人為逃避防疫隔離措施而偷渡來澳,本局加強相關警務部署,經分析排查相關情報,得悉一個由越南人組成的犯罪集團以游泳方式協助他人非法進出本澳,並掌握犯罪集團成員的身份。
2021年6月10日深夜,該犯罪集團兩名越南籍成員協助一名女子經澳門大學橫琴校區偷渡離澳,並於翌日凌晨於同一位置協助另一名非法入境者登岸,本局人員見時機成熟,隨即將三人截獲。
調查發現,該犯罪集團每次收取每名非法入境者1.4萬元人民幣偷渡費,上述兩名集團成員均以“行街紙”身份逗留本澳,而查獲的非法入境者為非法再入境。本局對兩名犯罪集團成員控以犯罪集團罪、收留罪及協助罪,並連同上述非法入境者一併移送檢察院偵辦。
Illegal immigration activities curbed, arresting two members of a Vietnamese criminal syndicate
In response to the erratic situation of the pandemic in neighbouring regions and to prevent evaders of quarantine measures from entering Macao illegally, the Judiciary Police reinforced relevant policing deployment. After analyzing and inspecting pertinent intelligence, a criminal syndicate formed by Vietnamese was known to have assisted others to sneak into and out of Macao by swimming and the syndicate members were subsequently identified.
In the late evening of 10th June 2021, two Vietnamese members of the said syndicate assisted a woman to illegally leave Macau via the Hengqin campus of the University of Macau, while assisting another illegal immigrant to go ashore at the same site during the wee hours the next day. Seizing the opportune moment, the Judiciary Police promptly intercepted the trio.
Investigation revealed that the criminal syndicate had charged each illegal immigrant a smuggling fee of RMB 14,000 each time. The two aforesaid syndicate members had stayed in Macao with an “immigration recognizance form”, while the intercepted illegal immigrant was a recidivist of illegal immigration. The Judiciary Police transferred the two syndicate members, along with the said illegal immigrant, to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charges of criminal syndicate, sheltering and assisting.
Descoberta rede de imigração ilegal e detidos dois elementos vietnamitas
Devido ao alastrar da epidemia nas regiões próximas, e para impedir a imigração ilegal das pessoas que procuram escapar às medidas de prevenção da epidemia e à quarentena, a PJ tem intensificado a sua acção analisando as informações disponíveis, soube-se assim que um grupo criminoso, composto por vietnamitas, ajudava outros a chegar e partir ilegalmente de Macau a nado, foram também identificados alguns elementos do grupo.
Na noite de 10 de Junho de 2021, dois vietnamitas daquela rede ajudaram uma mulher a sair clandestinamente de Macau via campus da Universidade de Macau na Ilha de Hengqin. Na madrugada seguinte, esses elementos ajudaram, no mesmo sítio, outro imigrante ilegal a chegar à costa, naquela altura, os nossos agentes detiveram os três indivíduos.
Na investigação, apurou-se que esse grupo cobrava aos imigrantes ilegais 14.000 RMB por cada deslocação, os dois membros do grupo estavam em Macau com uma guia de permanência temporária, enquanto que o imigrante detido tinha a proibição de entrar em Macau. Os dois elementos da rede, acusados de associação criminosa, acolhimento e auxílio, foram presentes ao MP juntamente com o referido imigrante ilegal.
