四本澳男子涉販吸毒被拘
本局早前接獲線報,指有販毒集團利用物流公司將毒品郵包寄來本澳並向夜場人士出售。本局經調查後鎖定兩名涉案本澳男子身份。
5月25日,本局發現兩名涉案人收取由香港寄來的毒品郵包後前往中區一間賓館,及後其中一名涉案人前往青洲鴨涌馬路附近與另一名本澳男子進行毒品交易,本局於適當時機上前將二人截獲,其後於上述賓館再截獲一名涉案人,分別在一名涉案人身上和賓館內搜獲共49包毒品可卡因,約重27.12克;兩包毒品“冰”,約重0.67克,以及毒品吸食工具,所檢獲之毒品合共約值90,000澳門元。
經依法對涉案三人進行強制尿液檢測,結果均對毒品呈陽性反應,其中一名涉案人承認受僱於某香港犯罪集團來澳販毒,每售出一小包毒品可獲一百元報酬,有關毒品是由集團上線以食品作為掩飾透過物流公司從香港運抵本澳;另一名涉案人承認在鴨涌馬路向販毒男子購買毒品吸食。
本局根據線索,發現尚有一名涉案本澳男子經常使用的士接送上述販毒男子進行毒品交易,於5月26日在北區某大廈單位將其截獲,其承認參與販毒。
本局分別以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪、不法吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪、不適當持有器具或設備罪將四人移送檢察院處理,並深入調查毒品來源。
Four Macao men apprehended for involvement in drug trafficking and consumption
The Judiciary Police received a tip-off earlier, indicating that a drug syndicate had posted drug parcels to Macao via a logistics company, and the drugs would then be sold to nightclub goers. Upon investigation, the Judiciary Police identified two involved Macao men.
On May 25th, the Judiciary Police discovered that, after the two involved men had received a drug parcel delivered from Hong Kong, the duo proceeded to a guesthouse in the central district. Subsequently, one of the involved persons set off to the vicinity of Estrada do Canal dos Patos at Ilha Verde where he had a drug deal with another Macao man. The Judiciary Police went over to the two men and intercepted them at the opportune moment. Later, the other involved man was also intercepted at the aforesaid guesthouse. A total of 49 sachets of the drug “cocaine”, weighing approximately 27.12 grams, two sachets of the drug “ice”, weighing approximately 0.67 grams, as well as drug consumption tools were seized from an involved man and inside the guesthouse respectively. The seized drugs were valued around MOP90,000 in total.
The involved three individuals were given mandatory urine tests in accordance with law. Results showed that all of them tested positive for drugs. One of the involved persons confessed that he had been hired by a Hong Kong criminal syndicate to traffic drugs in Macao, and could be rewarded $100 for every sachet of drugs sold. The upper tier of the syndicate camouflaged the drugs as food and delivered them to Macao from Hong Kong via a logistics company. Another involved person admitted that he had purchased drugs for consumption from the man trafficking drugs at Estrada do Canal dos Patos.
Based on leads, the Judiciary Police found out that, there was still one other involved Macao man who often transported the aforesaid drug trafficker by taxi to carry out drug deals. On May 26th, this man, who was intercepted at a building unit in the northern district, admitted his participation in trafficking drugs.
The Judiciary Police transferred the quartet to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of illegal trafficking of narcotics and psychotropic substances, illegal consumption of narcotics and psychotropic substances and improper possession of utensils or equipment respectively, while carrying out an in-depth investigation on the origin of the drugs.

A PJ recebeu informações indicando que uma rede criminosa de tráfico de droga estaria a enviar encomendas com droga para Macau através de uma companhia de logística para depois vendê-la aos frequentadores dos estabelecimentos nocturnos. Na investigação, foram identificados dois homens de Macau.
No dia 25 de Maio, verificou-se que os dois suspeitos, depois de terem recebido uma encomenda de droga enviada de Hong Kong, foram a uma pensão na zona central. Mais tarde, um dos suspeitos deslocou-se à Estrada do Canal dos Patos no Bairro da Ilha Verde para efectuar uma transacção com um outro homem de Macau. Na ocasião mais oportuna, os nossos agentes detiveram os dois no local, e detiveram depois o outro suspeito na pensão acima referida. Na posse de um dos suspeitos e na pensão, foram encontrados, no total, 49 saquinhos de cocaína, no peso de 27,12 gramas e dois saquinhos de “ice”, no peso de 0,67 gramas, e alguns instrumentos para consumo. A droga apreendida vale cerca de 90.000 patacas.
Os três indivíduos foram submetidos ao exame das urinas de acordo com a lei e resultaram positivos à droga. Um dos suspeitos admitiu ter sido contratado por uma rede criminosa de Hong Kong para vender droga em Macau, e disse que podia ganhar 100 patacas por cada saquinho de droga vendido. A droga foi embrulhada como produtos alimentares pela organização de Hong Kong e enviada para Macau através de uma companhia de logística. O outro suspeito admitiu ter comprado a droga ao traficante na Estrada do Canal dos Patos.
De acordo com as pistas, apurou-se ainda que outro indivíduo de Macau utilizava frequentemente o táxi para transportar o traficante. No dia 26 de Maio, este foi detido num apartamento de um edifício na zona norte e admitiu ter participado no tráfico.
Os 4 detidos foram presentes ao MP por tráfico e consumo de estupefaciente e detenção de utensílios. A PJ continua a investigar a origem da droga.
