兩內地男子涉入屋盜竊被捕
2021年2月16日,本局接報河邊新街一低層樓宇單位發生入屋盜竊案,戶主於當日下午離家到天台約一小時,當返回住所時發現屋內有被搜掠的痕跡,經點算損失約15.5萬澳門元財物。
本局根據全澳城市電子監察系統及附近店舖監控錄像,掌握兩名涉案男子的樣貌及特徵;2月17日,治安警員分別在白鴿巢及路環截獲上述兩名男子,並在其中一人身上搜出懷疑作案工具。
調查發現,兩人均為非法入境者,其中一人於2018年因同類案件被本局拘捕,及後被遣返內地及禁止入境本澳至2023年年底;兩人均否認犯案,但本局根據調查所得,以非法入境者實施的犯罪及加重盜竊罪將兩人移交檢察院偵辦,並追查贓款去向。
Two mainland men arrested for burglary
On 16th February 2021, the Judiciary Police received a burglary case occurred in a lower-floor residential unit at Rua do Almirante Sérgio. On that afternoon, the householder had left the residence to the rooftop for around one hour. When he returned to the residence, he discovered traces of being ransacked. After checking, around MOP155,000 worth of properties were lost.
Through the Macao citywide electronic surveillance system and surveillance footage from nearby shops, the Judiciary Police identified the faces and features of the two involved men. On February 17th, the Public Security Police officers intercepted the aforementioned two men at Luís de Camões and Coloane respectively, seizing suspected perpetration tools on one of them.
Investigation revealed that the duo are illegal immigrants, while one of them was arrested by the Judiciary Police in 2018 due to a case of similar nature. He was then repatriated to the mainland and banned from entering Macao until the end of 2023. The duo denied the perpetration, yet according to the investigative results, the Judiciary Police transferred the pair to the Public Prosecutions Office with the charges of crimes committed by illegal immigrants and aggravated theft, while pursuing the whereabouts of the illicit proceeds.

No dia 16 de Fevereiro de 2021 recebemos uma queixa de furto num apartamento de um prédio baixo na Rua do Almirante Sérgio. Naquela tarde, o proprietário saiu do apartamento e foi ao terraço onde permaneceu cerca de uma hora, quando voltou, a casa tinha sido remexida e o dono sofreu um prejuízo de cerca de 155.000 patacas.
Dois suspeitos foram identificados graças ao sistema de vigilância da cidade e às gravações de monitorização das lojas daquele espaço. No dia seguinte, os dois foram interceptados pelos agentes do CPSP nas proximidades do Jardim Luís de Camões e em Coloane, respetivamente. Na posse de um deles foram encontrados alguns utensílios supostamente usados np crime.
Apurou-se que os dois homens eram imigrantes ilegais, um dos quais foi detido, em 2018, pela PJ por mesmo tipo de crime, posteriormente foi repatriado para a China continental e interdito de entrar em Macau até finais de 2023. Ambos negaram o crime, contudo, conforme as investigações os detidos foram presentes ao MP por crime cometido em situação de imigração ilegal e furto qualificado. A PJ continua à procura do paradeiro do dinheiro.
