首破紅酒藏毒案 檢逾2,400萬元可卡因拘兩男
本局於2021年1月29日及2月2日先後偵破兩宗以郵遞方式偷運液態可卡因的案件,分別拘捕一名本澳男子及一名香港男子,兩宗案件合共檢獲約7,475毫升液態可卡因,約值2,467萬澳門元。
本局早前接獲情報,指有跨國販毒集團為規避疫情期間實施的各項入境限制措施,採用郵寄方式將轉化成液態的可卡因偽裝成紅酒偷運來澳。本局經與香港海關毒品調查科交流情報和聯合調查,確定該犯罪集團兩名在澳成員身份及涉案郵包的郵遞軌跡,於時機成熟時採取行動。
根據調查資料,首個毒品郵包從某南美洲國家經香港郵寄至本澳,本局人員於1月29日在中區截獲領取該郵包的本澳男子,並在郵包內檢獲兩瓶“紅酒”,經檢驗證實為合共2,980毫升的液態可卡因,約值983.4萬澳門元。涉案男子承認收受約三千澳門元報酬,協助犯罪集團接收毒品郵包。
另一個毒品郵包從歐洲某國經香港郵寄至本澳,本局人員於2月2日在北區截獲收取該郵包的香港男子,在郵包內搜獲六瓶“紅酒”,經檢驗證實為合共4,495毫升的液態可卡因,約值1,483.3萬澳門元。涉案男子承認受販毒集團指使來澳接受21天醫學觀察隔離,再前往指定地點提取毒品郵包,事成後可獲得四萬港元報酬。
本局以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪分別將兩名涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦,並深入追查毒品來源及其他涉案人。
Case of liquid drug parcels first busted, with cocaine worth more than 24,000,000 dollars seized and 2 men apprehended
The Judiciary Police cracked two cases of smuggling liquid cocaine by means of courier services successively on 29th January and 2nd February 2021, with a local man and a Hong Kong man apprehended respectively and a total of around 7,475 ml of liquid cocaine worth approximately MOP24,670,000 seized in these two cases.
The Judiciary Police received intelligence earlier on, indicating that a transnational drug trafficking syndicate had resorted to smuggling cocaine, converted into liquid form and disguised as red wine, into Macao by courier packages in order to circumvent various entry restriction measures implemented during the pandemic. Having exchanged intelligence and initiated joint investigation with the Customs Drug Investigation Bureau of Customs and Excise Department of Hong Kong, the Judiciary Police identified 2 members of the criminal syndicate in Macao and the postal track of the parcel, with action taken at the opportune moment.
According to the investigation information, the first drug parcel was sent from a South American country to Macao via Hong Kong. The personnel of the Judiciary Police intercepted a local man who picked up the parcel in the Central district on January 29th, seizing 2 bottles of “red wine” in the parcel, which, after examination, were confirmed to be a total of 2,980 ml of liquid cocaine worth approximately MOP9,834,000. The involved man admitted to have received remuneration of around MOP3,000 to assist the criminal syndicate in picking up the drug parcel.
Another drug parcel was sent from a European country to Macao via Hong Kong. The personnel of the Judiciary Police intercepted a Hong Kong man who picked up the parcel in the Northern district on February 2nd, seizing 6 bottles of “red wine” in the parcel, which, after examination, were confirmed to be a total of 4,495 ml of liquid cocaine worth approximately MOP14,833,000. The involved man confessed that as instructed by the drug trafficking syndicate, he travelled to Macao to undergo the 21-day quarantine for medical observation before proceeding to the designated location to pick up the drug parcel. A remuneration of HKD40,000 would be given to him if succeeded.
The Judiciary Police transferred the two involved men to the Public Prosecutions Office respectively for the offence of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, while tracing thoroughly the origin of the drugs and other involved individuals.
Resolvidos pela 1ª vez caso de cocaína por mais de 24 milhões disfarçada em garrafas de vinho tinto
A PJ resolveu, em 29 de Janeiro e 2 de Fevereiro de 2021, dois casos de narcotráfico por encomenda, foram detidos dois homens, um de Macau e outro de Hong Kong, na operação foram apreendidos 7.475 ml de cocaína em forma líquida cujo valor ronda os 24,67 milhões de patacas.
Fomos informados que uma rede de tráfico transfronteiriço, para escapar às restrições de entrada no território aplicadas neste período de pandemia, enviava cocaína líquida por encomenda, na qual a droga era disfarçada como se fosse vinho tinto. Na troca de informações e investigação conjunta com o Customs Drug Investigation Bureau do Customs and Excise Department de Hong Kong, depois de terem identificado os dois elementos da rede e confirmado o percurso no correio das encomendas, na altura oportuna iniciou-se a operação.
Conforme a investigação, apurou-se que a encomenda foi enviada dum país da América do Sul para Macau, através de Hong Kong. Em 29 de Janeiro, foi interceptado na zona central um residente de Macau que tinha levantado a encomenda, na qual foram encontradas duas garrafas de vinho tinto, após exame verificou-se ser 2.980 ml de cocaína líquida que vale cerca de 9,834 milhões de patacas. O detido confessou que foi contratado pela rede de tráfico de droga para o levantamento da encomenda com droga por uma remuneração de 3.000 patacas.
Outra encomenda foi enviada dum país da Europa para Macau, através de Hong Kong. Em 2 de Fevereiro, foi interceptado na zona norte um residente de Hong Kong que tinha levantado a encomenda, na qual foram encontradas seis garrafas de vinho tinto, após exame verificou-se ser 4.495 ml de cocaína líquida com valor cerca de 14,833 milhões de patacas. O detido confessou ter sido orientado pela rede de tráfico de droga, entrou em Macau e depois de ter cumprido 21 dias de observação médica, dirigiu-se ao local indicado para o levantamento da encomenda com droga, ele poderia receber uma remuneração de 40.000 HK$.
Os dois detidos foram presentes ao MP acusados de tráfico de estupefacientes. A PJ continua à procura da origem da droga apreendida e de eventuais indivíduos envolvidos.
