首破面膜藏冰毒案 拘三內地男女
2021年1月22日,本局人員在新口岸皇朝一帶進行反罪惡巡查期間,在某酒店附近發現一名形跡可疑的內地男子,隨即上前截查並在其身上搜獲四包內藏合共384毫升液態“冰”毒的面膜,約值126萬澳門元,以及用零食包裝偽裝的搖頭粉,共重7克,約值1,400澳門元。同時還在其住所內搜獲一些懷疑毒品、一些毒品包裝工具,以及一支電槍。
本局人員經深入調查後,再在截查地點附近某酒店的一房間內拘獲兩名內地男女,並在房內搜出1.79克懷疑為毒品的粉末。
首名被捕男子承認受販毒集團指使接收及轉交毒品,但拒絕交代其他資料,而兩名涉案內地男女則拒絕合作。同時,本局依法對三名涉案人進行強制尿液檢測,有關結果均顯示對毒品呈陽性反應。
本局根據調查所得證據,以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物、不適當持有器具或設備、不法吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物、禁用武器及爆炸性物質等罪將首名被捕男子,連同兩名涉及不法吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物、不適當持有器具或設備,以及使用或占有他人文件等罪之內地男女一併移送檢察院偵辦,並繼續調查案件及追查毒品來源。
First case of methamphetamine concealed in facial masks cracked with three mainlanders under arrest
On 22nd January 2021, the Judiciary Police personnel found a mainland man acting suspiciously near a hotel during an anti-crime patrol in the neighbourhoods of ZAPE and NAPE, therefore went over to intercept him immediately. Four packets of facial masks concealing a total of 384 millilitres of liquid methamphetamine “ice” were found on him, with an approximate value of MOP1.26 million, coupled with the seizure of ecstasy powder disguised in snack packaging with a total weight of 7 grams, valued at approximately MOP1,400. Meanwhile, some suspected drugs, drug packaging tools and a stun gun were also seized inside his residence.
Subsequent to in-depth investigation, the Judiciary Police personnel arrested one man and one woman from the mainland inside a hotel guestroom in the vicinity of the location of the aforesaid interception, and 1.79 grams of powder suspected to be drugs were also found inside the guestroom.
The first arrested man admitted that he had been instructed by a drug trafficking syndicate to receive and transfer the drugs, but refused to reveal other information, while the two involved mainlanders refused to cooperate. In the meantime, mandatory urine tests were conducted by the Judiciary Police on the three involved individuals in accordance with the law, the results of which revealed that all of them tested positive to drugs.
Based on the evidence collected from investigation, the Judiciary Police transferred the first arrested man with offences including illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, improper possession of utensils or equipment, illegal consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, as well as prohibited weapons and explosive substances, along with the two mainlanders involving in offences including illegal consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, improper possession of utensils or equipment and using or possessing other’s documents, to the Public Prosecutions Office for investigation, while continuing to investigate the case and pursue the origin of the drugs.

No dia 22 de Janeiro de 2021, quando os nossos agentes realizavam rusgas anti-crime nos arredores do NAPE, interceptaram um homem da China continental por ter um comportamento suspeito nas proximidades de um hotel. Foram encontrados, na sua posse, 4 pacotes de máscaras faciais que continham 384 ml de ice em estado líquido, avaliados em cerca de 1.26 milhões de patacas, bem como 7 gramas de ecstasy contidos em snacks embalados, avaliados em cerca de 1.400 patacas. Foram ainda apreendidos, na sua residência, algum produto, supostamente droga, uns instrumentos para embalagem da mesma, assim como uma pistola eléctrica.
Na investigação, foram ainda detidos 1 homem e 1 mulher, ambos da China continental, num quarto de um hotel perto do local da primeira detenção, onde foram apreendidos 1,79 gramas de pó que se suspeitam tratar-se da droga.
O primeiro detido admitiu ser orientado por uma rede de narcotráfico para receber e transportar a droga, mas se recusou a revelar outras informações, ao passo que os outros 2 detidos rejeitaram a cooperação. Os 3 detidos foram submetidos a testes obrigatórios a urina, todos apresentam reacções positivas à droga.
Os 3 detidos foram presentes ao Ministério Público, sendo que o primeiro por tráfico e consumo ilícitos de estupefacientes e substâncias psicotrópicas, detenção indevida de utensílios e equipamentos, detenção de armas proibidas e substâncias explosivas, enquanto que os restantes dois por consumo ilícito de estupefacientes e substâncias psicotrópicas, detenção indevida de utensílios e equipamentos, bem como uso ou posse de documento alheio. A PJ continua a investigar o caso e procurar a origem da droga.
