本澳三男女涉假結婚被拘
本局於2019年接報一宗假結婚案,一名本澳女子為協助一名內地男子取得澳門居民身份證而假結婚,且協助其內地兄長為相同原因與另一名本澳女子假結婚。
本局調查後發現,涉案女子於2003年結識一名內地男子,之後兩人於2005年在內地結婚,於2009年以夫妻團聚為由申請該內地男子來澳定居並取得澳門非永久性居民身份證,其後二人於2010年在內地離婚。涉案女子亦於2005年協助其胞兄在內地與另一名本澳涉案女子結婚,其胞兄於2010年以夫妻團聚為由申請來澳定居並取得澳門非永久性居民身份證,其後於同年在內地辦理離婚。
2021年1月19日,本局緝獲其中三名涉案男女,兩名涉案女子否認犯案且拒絕合作,而涉案男子則承認為取得澳門非永久性居民身份證而經其胞妹協助下進行假結婚。
本局以偽造具特別價值之文件罪及偽造文件罪將三人移送檢察院偵辦,並繼續追緝另一涉案男子。
Three Macao individuals apprehended for involvement in sham marriage
In 2019, the Judiciary Police received a sham marriage case. To assist a mainland man in obtaining a Macao SAR Resident Identity Card, a Macao woman engaged in bogus marriage with him. In addition, she assisted her elder brother in the mainland to contract bogus marriage with another Macao woman for the same reason.
Upon investigation, the Judiciary Police discovered that, the involved woman got acquainted with a mainland man in 2003. Subsequently, the duo tied the knot in the mainland in 2005. In 2009, an application was filed for the mainland man to take up residency in Macao on grounds of reunion with spouse, and he later obtained a Macao SAR Non-Permanent Resident Identity Card. Afterwards, the duo divorced in the mainland in 2010. The involved woman also aided her elder brother to marry another involved Macao woman in the mainland in 2005. In 2010, her elder brother applied for residency in Macao on grounds of reunion with spouse and later he obtained a Macao SAR Non-Permanent Resident Identity Card. Thereafter, the couple got divorced in the mainland in the same year.
On 19th January 2021, the Judiciary Police seized three of the involved individuals (a man and two women). The two involved women denied to have committed the crime and refused to cooperate, whilst the involved man confessed that he had engaged in sham marriage to order to obtain a Macao SAR Non-Permanent Resident Identity Card via the assistance of his sister.
The Judiciary Police transferred the trio to the Public Prosecutions Office for offences of forgery of documents with special value and falsification of documents, while continuing to pursue another involved man.
Três indivíduos de Macau detidos por casamento falso
Em 2019, a PJ recebeu um caso de casamento falso, no qual uma mulher de Macau juntou-se com um homem da China continental para esse obter o BIR através do casamento e, ao mesmo tempo, ajudou o seu irmão na China, para o mesmo fim, para se casar com outra mulher de Macau.
Na investigação, apurou-se que a mulher conheceu em 2003 um homem do continente e casaram-se em 2005. Em 2009, a mulher requereu, por motivo da reunião do casal, a fixação da residência do homem em Macau, e conseguiu o BIR não permanente. No ano seguinte, os dois divorciaram-se na China continental. A par disso, esta mulher ajudou, em 2005, o seu irmão para casar-se com outra mulher de Macau, o qual solicitou em 2010, por requerimento, a residência em Macau por razão idêntica, acabou por obter o BIR não permanente e divorciou-se da mulher no continente no mesmo ano.
Em 19 de Janeiro de 2021, a PJ conseguiu deter três das pessoas, entre estas, as duas mulheres negaram o crime e recusaram-se a cooperar, o homem, porém, admitiu ter feito o casamento com a assistência da irmã, tudo para adquirir o documento.
Os três detidos foram presentes ao MP por falsificação de documento de especial valor, continuando a PJ à procura do outro homem envolvido.
