內地男子涉加重盜竊被捕
本局接獲三名女子報案,三人聲稱為同事關係,同住於黑沙環中街某高層單位,於12月7日先後發現自己房間內的財物不翼而飛,包括一枚約值10萬澳門元的手錶,以及折合約66,000澳門元的澳門幣和外幣現金,三名事主合共損失約16.6萬澳門元財物。本局經調查後確定一名男子涉案,其於案發當天尾隨住戶進入上述大廈及到達案發樓層,約兩小時後離開大廈並經關閘邊檢大樓離境。
2021年1月18日,本局於涉案男子經關閘邊檢大樓入境時將之截獲,在其身上搜獲2,300港元;涉案男子承認因賭敗作案,盜竊所得之手錶已在內地以四萬元人民幣變賣,大部份贓款亦已花光。本局以加重盜竊罪將涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Mainland man nabbed for involvement in aggravated theft
On 8th December 2020, the Judiciary Police received complaints from three women. The trio claimed to be colleagues and lived together at a unit on upper floors at Rua Central da Areia Preta. On December 7th, they successively found that properties in their rooms, including a watch valued at around MOP100,000, as well as approximately MOP66,000 and foreign currencies in cash, had disappeared without trace. The three victims suffered a loss of properties totalled circa MOP166,000. Upon investigation, the Judiciary Police confirmed that a man was involved in the case. On the day when the crime occurred, the involved man tailed behind the residents, entered the aforesaid building and arrived at the floor where the crime took place. He left the building roughly two hours later and departed Macao via the Border Gate Checkpoint Building.
One 18th January 2021, the involved man was intercepted as he entered Macao via the Border Gate Checkpoint Building. HKD2,300 was found from him. The involved man confessed that he had perpetrated the crime owing to gambling losses. While the stolen watch had been sold at RMB40,000 in the mainland, most of the ill-gotten gains had also been spent. The Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of aggravated theft.

No dia 8 de Dezembro de 2020, a PJ recebeu uma denúncia de três mulheres, declarando serem colegas e morarem juntas num apartamento de andar alto dum edifício, na Rua Central Da Areia Preta. Em 7 de Dezembro descobriram que tinham desaparecido dinheiro e objectos guardados nos respectivos quartos, inclusive um relógio de pulso que vale 100.000 patacas, moeda local e estrangeiras num total de cerca de 66.000 patacas. As três sofreram um prejuízo total de 166.000 patacas. Na investigação conseguiu-se identificar um suspeito que, no dia da ocorrência, seguiu algum residente daquele edifício e dirigiu-se para aquele, deixou o local duas horas depois e saíu imediatamente de Macau através do Posto Fronteiriço das Portas do Cerco.
Em 18 de Janeiro de 2021, a PJ interceptou o homem quando tentava entrar em Macau passando pelo Posto Fronteiriço das Portas do Cerco, na sua posse foram encontrados 2.300 HKD. Confessou o crime e disse tê-lo cometido por ter perdido anteriormente todo o seu dinheiro no jogo, o relógio furtado tinha sido vendido na China continental por um preço de 40.000 RMB e tinha gasto a maior parte do dinheiro furtado. O detido foi presente ao MP acusado de furto qualificado.
