四男子涉假籌碼詐騙被拘
2021年1月11日凌晨,本局接獲新口岸區某娛樂場通知,指有一名本澳男子兌換15枚面值十萬港元的現金假籌碼,並將該名男子及涉案籌碼轉交本局跟進。
該名男子供稱受兩名朋友所委托,以1,471,500港元現金向三名涉案男子購入15枚面值十萬港元的現金籌碼,事後,並按指示帶到上述娛樂場兌換小面額籌碼。期後,本局接觸該兩名本澳男子,兩人表示以低於籌碼面值價錢購買現金籌碼,並委托朋友進行交收及兌換,並不知道相關籌碼的真偽。
本局經調查後,發現三名涉案男子得手後分別離開。三人並曾於同日清晨與另外兩名涉案本澳居民在路環及祐漢接觸及商議。本局迅速鎖定其中四名涉案男子身份後,於1月12日下午將四人截獲。本局以詐騙(相當巨額)罪將四人移送檢察院偵辦,同時追查其他涉案人士及贓款去向。
Four men arrested for fake chip fraud
In the early hours of 11th January 2021, the Judiciary Police was notified by a casino at ZAPE district that, a local man had exchanged 15 fake cash chips of HKD100,000 denomination. Together with the involved chips, the man was also transferred to the Judiciary Police for follow-up.
The man stated that, having been entrusted by two friends, he bought 15 cash chips of HKD100,000 denomination from three involved men with HKD1,471,500 in cash. Afterwards, he brought the chips to the above casino, as instructed, in exchange for chips of small denominations. Subsequently, the Judiciary Police got in touch with the two local men who claimed to have bought the cash chips at prices lower than the chip denominations while entrusting a friend with the settlement and exchange, without being aware of the authenticity of the related chips.
After investigation, the Judiciary Police found that three involved men had respectively left after perpetration. The three had also contacted and dealt with two other involved Macao residents at Coloane and Iao Hon in the early hours of the same day. After swiftly identifying four of the involved men, the Judiciary Police intercepted the four on the afternoon of January 12th. The Judiciary Police transferred the four individuals to the Public Prosecutions Office on the charge of fraud (considerably huge amount), while tracing the other involved persons and the whereabouts of the illicit funds.

Na madrugada de 11 de Janeiro de 2021, a PJ recebeu a notificação de um casino no ZAPE, indicando que um homem de Macau trocou 15 fichas falsas de valor nominal de 100.000 HKD, o indivíduo e as fichas em causa foram levados à PJ.
Este homem disse ter sido mandado por dois amigos para comprar 15 fichas de 100.000 HKD por 1.471.500 HKD junto de três homens, suspeitos deste caso, e depois, de acordo com as indicações, tê-las levado para o casino para trocar em fichas de pequeno valor. A PJ entrou em contacto com aqueles dois amigos de Macau, que afirmaram ter comprado as fichas a um preço inferior ao valor normal e terem mandado o homem para efectuar a transacção e trocar as fichas. Os dois disseram não saber que as fichas eram falsas.
Na investigação, verificou-se que os três suspeitos foram embora após concluída a transacção. Naquela madrugada, os três contactaram e negociaram com outros dois indivíduos, residentes de Macau, em Coloane e no bairro de Iao Hon. Os nossos agentes conseguiram rapidamente identificar 4 dos suspeitos e detiveram-nos na tarde de 12 de Janeiro. Os 4 detidos foram presentes ao MP por burla (de valor consideravelmente elevado). A PJ continua a investigar o paradeiro de outros eventuais cúmplices e do dinheiro burlado.
