兩內地男子涉搶劫被拘
2020年10月22日,本局接獲治安警察局通知,指路氹城區某娛樂場酒店附近發生一宗搶劫案,內地女事主報稱損失144,500港元。
本局派員到場調查,得悉女事主在本澳從事不法兌換活動,其於10月21日在路氹城區某娛樂場酒店外向兩名內地男子表示可以協助兌換貨幣,雙方交換聯絡方式後各自離去;兩名男子於10月22日藉詞兌換貨幣誘騙女事主見面,期間突然將女事主制伏及搶去其144,500港元現金後逃去無蹤。
本局人員追查後發現兩名涉案男子藏身於中區某酒店,隨即進行部署,並於同日晚上拘獲兩人,在兩人身上搜獲一萬多港元懷疑贓款。兩名涉案男子承認因賭敗而犯案,他們平分贓款後已透過非法兌換人士將款項轉到個人的內地銀行帳戶。本局以搶劫罪將兩名涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦,並繼續追查其他涉案人士。
Two mainland Chinese men arrested for robbery
The Judiciary Police was notified by the Public Security Police Force of a robbery near a casino hotel in Cotai on 22nd October 2020. The victim, a mainland Chinese woman, reported a loss of HKD 144,500.
Judiciary Police officers mobilised to the scene for investigation learnt that the victim had been engaging in illegal currency exchange activity in Macao. On October 21st, she claimed to two mainland Chinese men outside a casino hotel in Cotai that she could exchange foreign currencies for them, with whom she exchanged contact before parting ways. On the pretext of exchanging foreign currencies, the two men tricked the victim into meeting them on October 22nd, during which they abruptly subdued the victim and grabbed HKD 144,500 of cash from her before fleeing the scene.
Upon investigation, the Judiciary Police located the two involved men’s hideout at a hotel in central district. Prompt deployment led to their arrest in the evening that day, seizing over HKD 10,000 of suspected crime proceeds from them. The duo admitted to have perpetrated the crime out of losing in gambling, and that they had equally divided and wired the crime proceeds to their personal bank accounts in mainland China through illegal money changers. The Judiciary Police transferred the two involved men to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charge of robbery, while continuing to pursue the other involved persons.

No dia 22 de Outubro de 2020, a PJ foi informada pelo CPSP de que ocorreu um roubo nas proximidades dum hotel-casino do Cotai, a vítima, proveniente da RPC, declarou ter sofrido um prejuízo de 144.500 HKD.
Apurou-se que a vítima, que praticava actividades de câmbio ilegal em Macau, em 21 de Outubro, no exterior de um hotel-casino do Cotai, mostrou a dois homens, também da RPC, que oferecia serviço de troca de moeda. Depois de ambas as partes terem trocado as formas de contacto, deixaram o local. Os dois pediram, em 22 de Outubro, para encontrar a vítima com o pretexto da troca de moeda, durante o encontro, de repente imobilizaram a vítima e roubaram-lhe 144.500 HKD e fugiram.
Descobriu-se que os dois estavam escondidos num hotel da zona central, a PJ deu logo inicio à operção que levou à detenção dos dois na mesma noite, na posse dos detidos foram encontrados mais de 10.000 HKD, dinheiro alegadamente proveniente do roubo. Os indivíduos admitiram o crime dizendo que tinham perdido todo o dinheiro no jogo, dividiram o dinheiro roubado que foi posteriormente transferido para as respectivas contas bancárias da RPC mediante indivíduos que se dedicam à troca ilegal de moeda. Os dois detidos foram presentes ao MP por roubo. A PJ continua à procura de eventuais cúmplices.
