The Legal Aid Department performs under the direct supervision of the Judiciary Police Directorate and its main duties consist in providing legal advice to the entire organic structure of the Judiciary Police, such as: handling litigations; providing legal opinion and drafting of bills; participation in working committees or in any other law related tasks, when dully assigned.
