The Judiciary Police Training School is primarily accountable to plan and implement professional, linguistic, refresher and specialist courses for the Judiciary Police staff, and also organize practical training and learning visits in the Territory or abroad, for the same staff, as well as conferences, symposiums, seminars and other similar projects, with the involvement of guest specialists in all such activities.

Pedagogic Council

The Pedagogic Council, which includes the director of the Judiciary Police Training School and three members of the Teaching Body, is a group that provides the backing and advice to the director of the Judiciary Police Training School. In educational area, the Pedagogic Council is entrusted to assist the School director in the planning of annual activities, submit points of view on matters related to teaching methods, increase the professional level of instruction, appraise and rate the progress of the students.

Teaching Body

The Teaching Body is responsible for the delivery of linguistics and specialist training to the Judiciary Police staff. It includes teaching and advisory staff, as well as persons in charge of probation period. Those who hold suitable technical and pedagogic credentials or professional experience carry out the above-functions.

Pedagogic Support Office

The Pedagogic Support Office acts in the academic area and it is responsible for the planning and setting up of training programmes, as well as collecting bibliography and audio-visual materials. It is also tasked to provide technical support to the Teaching Body and activities related to teaching.

Documentation Centre

The Documentation Centre is basically tasked to preserve, list, search and make selective diffusion of the documental resources of the Judiciary Police Training School; provide support for the functioning of classes; make publicity campaigns abroad and design work. It also writes and edits the publications of the school.

Translations Centre

The Translations Centre is particularly tasked to ensure the translation of writings that would guarantee the smooth running of training activities and the editing of publications. It also ensures the simultaneous interpretation of verbal communication, and any other translations that the Judiciary Police might stand in need.

Administrative Body

The Administrative Body is basically responsible for the administrative functions of the Judiciary Police Training School and provides logistic back up for the running of training activities.

Sport Activities Office.

The Sports Activities Office is basically responsible to promote and develop the Judiciary Police sports activities, and to ensure the coordination of such activities in competitions that the Judiciary Police takes part.
